A deposit of $XXX.XX has been agreed to be held by Seller for the Purchaser as a token of serious intent to purchase a (pet/breed/show) quality kitten within the price range of $X to $X US/CDN. If a cat/kitten from Marbelized Cattery is not available within the agreed time frame, the deposit is to be fully refunded to Purchaser or applied towards a future litter, to be decided upon at that time. The deposit is fully refundable until said cat/kitten has been chosen and clearly stated, in writing or email, that this is the cat/kitten they wish to purchase. Should purchaser decide not to purchase the chosen cat/kitten after it has been selected and confirmed in writing, the deposit is not refundable unless the cat/kitten is deemed a breeding show cat by Marbelized Cattery, OR a health concern arises. Should Purchaser choose not to purchase a cat/kitten from Marbelized Cattery prior to selecting and confirming in writing, the deposit is refundable in full. Once the cat/kitten has been selected, the deposit will be applied towards the purchase price of the above described cat/kitten. The cat/kitten will not be released into Purchaser's custody until the balance has been received in full. Purchaser accepts and acknowledges the Seller's right to request kitten be altered (spayed/neutered) prior to leaving Seller's care and accepts any additional costs this may incur. Seller reserves the option to offer a replacement cat/kitten and Purchaser is entitled to accept or decline, prior to Purchaser deciding in writing on said kitten. Kittens are ready to go between twelve abd sixteen weeks of age, to ensure proper evaluation of kitten quality, maximum immune response and appropiate emotional development of the kitten.
