We established a victim fund for emergency workers in their honor. This fund is a clearinghouse for donations to be sent to emergency workers, As the donations are recieved, you recieve a letter telling you what person, persons or family of emergency workers your funds went to after each dispersement.

Only $20.00 per year for you to recieve our newsletter, and it tells of all upcoming events within the Foundation. We also have Foundation Memberships at $20, $50, and $100 dollars. These are bronze, silver, and gold memberships. These entitle the members to be listed as Founding Fathers of The Carroll Foundation, to recieve the newsletter, and to receive the yearly financial report, along with a membership card and emergency gift pack for travel. The Carroll Foundation hopes to open awareness to it's members of survival techniques not only for themselves but for other family members, and persons caught in man-made or natural disaster. We supply the latest updates and treatment information for all sorts of bio-hazards as well as chemical hazards. We answer questions you might have.
We also work directly with CRDT Disaster Team and the National Toxic Mold Coalition and Foundation.
