The story begins with Talo Ching assigning an Assasin (Agent Reagal played by Daniel Bazor) to apprehend the Kieffer diamond from the museum of minerals. Why? According to Talo Ching it holds a strange power that could give him the strength to destroy the entire human race.
David Bronsheski is unaware about what is going to happen until he sees one of Talo Ching's guards at the museum of minerals. He later sees a man exit Talo Ching's palace, on a mission to steal the kieffer diamond.
