SCENES FROM GUANAJUATO, MEXICO (set 1)

Templo de la Compana. Built between 1747 and 1765, the facade of the church is churrigueresque in design (in case you were wondering what churrigueresque looked like). One may admire many restored paintings in the old sacristy.

My interest inside the Templo de la Campana wandered from the restored old paintings to the cat, making himself at home. You can pick him out in the middle of the picture.

View of the Playa de la Paz. This is the view I see when I leave my hotel.

One of the endless number of beautiful street scenes in Guanajuato.

View of the main entrance to the University.
