Directions: Chop onions, sauté in shortening, but do not brown. Add meat, flour and seasonings and sauté for two to three minutes. Add water, peeled tomatoes and sliced mushrooms, both cut into large pieces. Mix and bake for one hour at 250 degrees farenheit. |
