Swiss cooking has been a long tradition for our family. Louise Gammenthaler Feh brought it with her family when she came to the U.S. in 1940. She passed the tradition to her daughter, Margit Feh Lohner, who in turn infused her children and grandchildren with a love for the delectable recipes. This site is to provide those beloved recipes to the descendants of Louis and Margrit, and any other Swiss aficionado. Margrit often called Swiss the heavenly language.
