This was Marie's longest relationship. The two met in 1996 during a video taping for Yoshiki Hayashi's video "Dahlia." Marie was a young model and the two fell in love.
After a 6 year relationship the couple ended on good terms and remain friends. Yoshiki Hayashi is best known for leading his band X Japan to enormous success. The band has since broke up and Yoshiki is now the owner of a record label "Extasy Records" and is working on a solo project entitled
"Violet UK."
