Before registering (inschrijven) a company, and particularly
(vooral) before a starting entrepreneur can borrow money,
some plans have to be drawn up.
A Business Plan – a very general overview of what, when and
how you intend (van plan zijn) to reach your goals.
The Business Plan, is the first step. After that
you work out the Marketing and Financial aspects.
This is a lot of work and help can be got from many sources, -
including help from some excellent whiz kids graduating from
MBO. For the moment, however, you are going to make some
general remarks to your audience about these plans, starting with:
1. Increasing enthusiasm
· Explain the personal advantage (voordeel) of working through
a business plan.
2. Goals and results
· What sort of goals should you set yourself?
· How will goals affect results?
3. Before you start working out the plan.
. What is the important question you should ask yourself
before you sit down to write?
. You are writing the plan to get funding, what message
should you give right at the beginning?
· What does KISS stand for?
4. The categories of the plan
· Give the four categories of the Business Plan.
5. Business Concept Summary
· When explaining the business concept what should
you say about your
product?
6. Recommended sites or agencies that can help.
· At the end of the presentation, you will be handing out
a list of sites where the entrepreneur can get help!
