Introduction

     You and a partner are going to give a Power-point presentation in
     English to a group of business people from the Czech Republic
     and Poland, two of the new member countries of the EU. They want
     to start up a business in the Netherlands.

    I’ve set out the main points for you – the compulsory (verplichte)
    items. You will often need more than one slide to cover all the
    information your audience (publiek) needs to know on any point.

    Note 1: copying chunks of information from the Internet will NOT
    earn you great marks. Besides, your presentation will only contain bullet
    points. It’s up to you to give the background information to each point
    in simple (non-Internet) English!

    Note 2: As you know, Internet sites give you so much information that
    it is sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees (door de bomen het
    bos niet meer zien). To help you, I am made suggestion for the bullet
    points. On these points I have given you questions to answer.
    The answers will give you the information you will need to give
    when discussing the bullet points with your audience.
