Adam Cunningham and Catherine Sinnet - Shenandoah and Various other counties in Virginia I originally assumed that Hugh Cunningham and Nancy O'Neil were the parents of my Walter but upon the publishing of Adam and 500 More Cunninghams of the Valley of Virginia, c. 1734-c. 1800  by Betty Cunningham Newman I have become a believer in the rumour that Hugh and Nancy were a myth.
