Maui Taylor was born in Brighton, East Sussex, England of a
Filipina mother and an English father. Her parents returned to the Philippines during her teens and started her showbiz career.
Maui first appeared in a
Filipino TV soap opera "Anna Karenina" when she was 14 years old. A lot of critics applauded her performance and she then starred in other TV shows as well as other Filipino or Tagalog movies.
Maui Taylor shocked the Philippines when she appeared in the cover of FHM Philippines in April 2002. It was followed by her first movie "Gamitan" which grossed 70 million pesos.
It was followed by "Hibla" with
Rica Peralejo. Other movies include "Sex Drive" with Katya Santos and "Ang Huling Birhen sa Lupa" which was also shown in international cinemas with the title "The Last Virgin".
That film also brought out the acting prowess of
Maui Taylor which gave her a nomination for Best Actress in Metro Manila Film Festival. She also starred in "Masamang Ugat" and "Bugbog Sarado" which however didn't made to the box office record.
Maui Taylor again posed for FHM Philippines in the magazine's November 2005 issue and became silence since then. She also made some videos together with other Viva Hot babes where she literally gave it all.
