This book is a compilation of information, which reveals a covert agenda that is being perpetrated by extraterrestrial “Gray” beings to take over the Earth with humanity as their slaves. There are three primary sources for information that support this conclusion. These sources are derived from channeled information, direct consensual contact with benevolent aliens and from research into the abduction of people by aliens. Much of this information cannot be verified because it comes from unconfirmed sources. However, recent compelling evidence from research into the alien abduction phenomenon now confirms what others have been trying to warn us about for a long time.

The research shows that millions of people all over the world have been abducted by aliens for over 50 years in order to breed human/alien hybrids that can pass in public and have the same powers that the Gray aliens have. They can float through ceilings, walk through walls, and see into the eyes of anyone to learn anything they want to know, make them do whatever they want them to do, and believe whatever they want them to believe. With the alien’s advanced technology, they can beam into any place on Earth, see anything they want to see, and do whatever they want to do. These hybrids are not here to help humanity create a better world for us. They are here to help humanity to become willing slaves for their Gray masters so that they can take over the world without anyone realizing it until it is too late.

In 1989, Richard K. Wilson and Sylvan Burns from the Nevada Aerial Research Group presented a document “Regarding Aliens and the Government”. This document states that in 1953, Astronomers made a rather disturbing discovery of a large object that entered the solar system. It was later proved to be an object that was intelligently guided and emitted communication signals. The Air Force, in the same year, discovered huge orbiting objects between 100 to 500 miles in altitude. They were alien craft.

When Eisenhower was elected as President, Project Sigma was created and run by the National Security Agency, to intercept and decrypt all alien communications. With ten disk crashes recovered by the Army, the effort to maintain security took a supreme effort. So, a group known as the Majestic Twelve (MJ-12) was created to deal with the problems relating to contact with alien beings.

Project Plato, governed by the NSA, endeavored to establish some sort of diplomatic relations with the alien species that had appeared. Contact was made in 1953 with a race known thereafter as the Big-nosed tall Grays, and a meeting was arranged with the aliens at Holloman AFB in New Mexico in 1954. There, a Secret Treaty was formed where the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere with their affairs. We would let them do what they want and also establish underground bases here in exchange for alien technology.

The Government also made contact with another race of human blond aliens in 1953. This race would not share technology with the government and, despite their warnings about the Big-nosed Grays, the government broke off contact with them, preferring to allow the Grays to trade technology in mind control, beam weaponry and gravitation for silence on part of the United States about their abduction and mutilation operations. The Grays were required to furnish a periodic list of abductees to the National Security Council.

But, by April of 1954, it became obvious to the Eisenhower administration that the Grays had broken the agreement and that they were abducting far more people than they reported, including large numbers of children. Since there was nothing they could do about it, they decided to keep the alien presence secret until a way could be found to do something about it.

This book has been prepared in order to show what the ramifications of this policy has been to humanity and to provide options regarding what can be done about the alien presence on Earth. The information provided is of a serious and troubling nature that will be emotionally disturbing to sensitive individuals. Only by viewing this information from a dispassionate and discerning point of view, can the emotional reactions of anger, fear, anxiety, and depression be avoided. This is a time for action in order to reverse the harmful policies of the past and ensure a future of freedom and independence for all human beings on Earth.

1. THE POSITIVE VIEW

Dr. David Jacobs is a researcher into the effects that the alien presence has had upon humanity. In his book, “The Threat”, he has done a magnificent job of presenting an overall perspective of how people have come to view the alien presence as beneficial and positive in spite of the fact that there has been no public disclosure by the aliens of their presence here. He states that the alien secrecy is deliberate and crucial in order for them to perpetuate their activities on Earth.

Dr. Jacobs also states that, because of the existence of benign hybrids and the polite demeanor of the gray aliens, a growing group of people have launched a crusade to convince the public that the entire alien agenda is benevolent, helpful, and spiritually uplifting. Since the early 1980s, these Positives have espoused the belief that humanity is fortunate to have this beneficence.

The list of influential people that promote this positive view includes: professor and abductee Dr. John Hunter Gray, researcher and abductee Leo Sprinkle, psychologist and abductee Dr. Richard Boylan, Joseph Nyman, and the late Dr. John Mack.

There are also a growing number of abductees that have found their experiences spiritually uplifting and transforming. They think the aliens provide a message of love and support to a planet in need of healing. The humanizing and sentimentalizing of aliens by abductees is a logical extension of the desire or need for the aliens to be friendly and helpful. They think humans have caused poverty, ignorance, and overpopulation as well as risk environmental catastrophe and atomic annihilation. The concerned aliens are educating abductees to warn us of what is to come if we do not change. These people believe the aliens care about us and love us.

1.1 Theories About Alien Intentions

Although there have been films that have depicted hostile Aliens in “Independence Day” and “The Thing”, benign aliens have also been depicted in “The Day the Earth Stood Still” and “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”. In these later films, there is mutual respect: The humans expect to learn from the alien’s technological advancement and the aliens expect to help the humans live in peace and cooperatively build a better world. Another version is with aliens coming to save specially chosen individuals from a rapidly approaching cataclysm, as with the Heaven’s Gate cult in 1997.

Any UFO sighting would seem to be inconsistent with the alien’s apparent policy of secrecy. If they wanted to, they should be able to prevent witnesses from seeing them. However, this assumption is based upon the belief that there is only one race of beings that are visiting this planet and that all aliens desire to have their presence here remain concealed.

The first theories why there was no formal contact focused on human hostility, ethical noninterference, reconnaissance, and various combinations of the three. Human hostility meant that they feared human aggression and were only feeling out our defenses without wanting to be belligerent. The reconnaissance theory stated that the UFO inspections were part of a long-range survey that will continue indefinitely and the ethical noninterference theory stated that UFO occupants were anthropologists with a moral responsibility to protect humanity from the problems that interspecies contact could bring. But, it was expected that the aliens would directly intervene if humans became too aggressive.

By the 1960s, non-contact was thought to be due to the fact that the aliens did not understand our civilization. Thousands of people were seeing UFOs, including the Hills, which bolstered the argument that UFOs were making covert contact. By the 1970s, the theory was that UFOs were revealing themselves slowly so that humans could get accustomed to the idea of alien visitation.

Another theory was that UFOs were manifestations of an alternative reality that existed between the psychic and the objective. Dr. Hynek speculated that UFOs dwelled in a parallel universe or other dimension and popped through to Earth. By the late 1980s, most researchers had given up on speculating about non-contact. In the early 1990s, John Mack theorized that the purpose was to open our consciousness in a way that avoids a conclusion.

1.2 New Age Thinking

It is extremely difficult for unaware abductees to come to terms emotionally with their abductions. As a result, they develop coping mechanisms to deal with the continual psychological and physical assault. To mitigate their victimization, they transform their lifetime of fear and anxiety into a more psychological bearable scenario. These abductees seek reassurance and find people who share their belief that aliens are benevolent.

They often become involved in New Age groups that focus on alternative realities. When they come in contact with the channeling of aliens or spirit aliens, they discover an explanation for their experiences. They come to think they are not victims, but important players in a majestic alien plan for the betterment of humanity. They believe they have given the aliens permission to abduct them in a past life or as small children. So, it is proper for the aliens to abduct them and being a part of their cosmic vision is a privilege and honor.

Often, the New Age Positives band together into almost cult-like groups to defend themselves from their detractors. They have an almost religious fervor in protecting the aliens from wrong-thinking people. They deify benevolent alien-gods as being all-powerful with the ability to destroy us, but choose to work for our betterment. Their beliefs are exceptionally strong because they know the alien-gods exist.

2. THE REALITY

When Dr. Jacobs has hypnotized the positive-thinking abductees, they remember events that were not positive and contradict their belief system. Often, the reality is overwhelming and they break off hypnosis to retreat into their New Age cocoon.

Careful examination shows that contact is occurring, but not as the positive-thinking abductees believes. Contacts have been on the alien’s terms and kept secret. The theory that aliens act secretly in order not to disrupt the subject’s lives is wrong because the disruption to their lives is enormous even without conscious recollection.

One thing is certain: Most abductees say that the phenomenon has had a devastating affect on their personal lives. Many have phobias, scars, bruises, and physical problems, especially gynecological and urological dysfunction. Many live in fear that it will happen again and feel guilty that they cannot protect their children. Uncovering the reality of abduction events is difficult, but feasible. Solid information, confirmed by hundreds of abductees, has provided an understanding of the phenomenon.

When Jacobs first started looking into ufology, he was filled with enthusiasm. He loved it and thought it would be great to have contact between two species. We could learn how to cure disease, stop war, and there would be an exchange of information where they could learn about us. But, it didn’t play out that way. He looks forward to the future with unease.

It is now understood what will probably happen in the future when the alien’s goals and intentions are made evident. We do not have all of the pieces of the puzzle, but the outline is well defined and the picture is clearly recognizable. It is possible that the aliens will, in the end, help humankind and the world. Their intervention may be a positive step toward solving the problems of disease, the environment, and war. However, at this time, the evidence for this conclusion is ambiguous at best.

Jacobs has determined that this is not an experiment, a learning experience, or research about humanity by alien races. This is much different than that. This is a program administered in almost an assembly line fashion. People have been abducted throughout their entire lives and probably since the 1890s. As a program, it has a beginning, middle, and an end. It is goal directed and it is secret. The problem now is that this phenomenon is changing. There is a greater frequency with hybrid activity and a greater sensitivity to disclosure which all leads to a greater disruption in abductee’s lives and their relationship with others.

Although much of the evidence is anecdotal from stories retrieved through hypnosis administered by amateurs, it is evidence none the less. There is some physical evidence, but this is not considered to be strong evidence by the scientific community. However, there is a tremendous amount of evidence and the internal consistency of it is beyond imagination. With the abduction phenomenon, we have a tremendous depth of knowledge.

It is literally mind-boggling how much we know about this subject that is completely consistent with everything that everyone has been saying for many years and this evidence winds its way to an inexorable conclusion. If aliens were only interested in learning about humanity and doing experiments on us, then that should have been completed long ago. Instead, they are conducting a widespread, systematic program of physiological exploitation of humans on Earth.

2.1 The Range of Involvement

Dr. Jacobs was also instrumental in determining the range of involvement and frequency of alien intervention. It is now realized that the abduction phenomenon is lifelong and pervasive. Abductions begin in infancy with women being abducted with their children. It also continues into old age with many abductions occurring throughout their life.

In 1987, a questionnaire in Omni magazine, with over 4,000 responses, determined that 4% of males and 11% of females may be abductees. Dr. Jacob’s survey of college students suggested that 5.5% of respondents were possible abductees and 15.5% were questionable. These numbers were shockingly high.

In 1991, Roper conducted an omnibus survey of a randomly selected group of adults across the US. 5,947 people were surveyed, which yielded an error range of 1.4%. This was the largest and most accurate poll ever taken. The results were: 18% had wakened paralyzed with a strange figure in the room. 15% saw a terrifying figure. 14% had left their body. 13% had missing time. 11% had seen a ghost. 10% had flown through the air. 8% had seen unusual lights in the room. 8% had puzzling scars. 7% had seen a UFO. 5% had dreams of UFOs. Only 1% was simply being cooperative. This indicated that millions of Americans might be abductees.

The final analysis indicates that 2% of Americans (5 million people) have experienced events consistent with abductions. This shows that there are a tremendous number of people who have been abducted.

2.2 Frequency of Involvement

The aliens have invested and continue to invest a tremendous amount of time and energy in this program. In the last few years, many abductees reported dramatic accelerations in the frequency of their abductions. This is the general trend. The smallest number of abductions reported to Jacobs per year was 9. By the age of 40, abductees may have as many as 200 abductions.

An enormous number of people are experiencing an enormous number of abductions. Dr. Jacobs discovered one abductee that had as many as 100 abductions in a one-year period with an average of one every 3 days. The effect has been devastating to the person involved and she lives in despair.

3. SOURCES OF INFORMATION

The following sections describe the three primary sources of information that is presented in this book. These sources are derived from channeled information, direct consensual contact with extraterrestrials, and from people that have disclosed alien abduction experiences. Information regarding these sources can be found in the “References” section at the end of this book.

3.1 Channeled Information

There are a large and growing number of channels in our society today. It seems that any kind of information can be channeled. As with most other sources of information, this source can produce any kind of information from completely useless babble to apparently supreme or advanced knowledge, in some cases.

Most channels are said to be channeling another expression of themselves, either in the future or past. Some claim to be used as a living communications device between humans and aliens, and not otherwise connected with the aliens. There are various sources of channeled information - the information received in this way must be judged for itself.

Consider, for example, the most common means of establishing the "inner plane" or channel connection: meditation. This is the method most recommended both by channelers and the given channeled source. Meditation is a means of stilling the mind so that ordinary thinking faculties are temporarily vetoed. This provisional silence of the otherwise constant "interior monologue" is the means whereby the meditator bypasses the conditioning screen of cultural programming in order to become ideally receptive to holistic dimensions otherwise recessed into the unconscious beyond the focus of ordinary "notice".

Once in this receptive state, other entities are able to communicate through the meditator's body functions. This can result in "automatic writing" or "charging". Automatic writing is the process whereby an entity controls the fingers of hands placed over a keyboard to type out information. Charging is where the mediator's mouth is used to issue forth another voice in order to communicate verbally.

There is a group of extraterrestrial entities that refer to themselves as the “Allies of Humanity”, which use channeling as a way to transfer information to humanity on Earth. The Allies know from experience the nature of the conflict and challenge that we are facing. The Allies’ own worlds were once overcome by the Grays and they had to regain their freedom. Each of them came very close to loosing everything and they do not want to see that happen to us. They have suffered and learned much to be able to help humanity.

The Allies are observers who claim no rights and have no agenda against us. They are from many worlds and remain hidden in order to help emerging worlds. We will not meet the Allies and they will not meet with our leaders. The Allies will remain mysterious. They will not divulge information about their origins or identities.

They are being discrete. They must remain hidden in order to spy on the aliens here or they would surely perish, if discovered. The Allies know where the aliens come from and why they are here. The Allies are here without any official permission from other worlds. In truth, they are not really supposed to be here doing what they are doing.

The Allies give us all that they can without interfering in our affairs. If the Allies are successful, they will remain only until information is shared and then return home. If the Allies fail, a great darkness of domination will come over us and they must leave with their mission unfulfilled. In either case, the Allies cannot stay.

The Allies have sent a teaching of spiritual ability, discernment, and power. It is being given through one person who serves as intermediary and speaker. His name is Marshall Vian Summers. He has written the “Allies of Humanity”, “Greater Community Spirituality”, and “Steps to Knowledge”.

3.2 Direct Contact

Direct Contact refers to information that is transferred to individuals, either verbally or telepathically, as a result of being in close proximity to extraterrestrial entities on a consensual basis. One example of direct contact occurred between an anonymous woman and a male human being from the Procyon System by the name of Khyla. The information transferred to the woman was initially published by George Andrews in a book titled “Extra-Terrestrials Among Us” and again in “MATRIX II” by Valdamar Valerian.

Procyonians have been nick-named 'Swedes'. These blond haired and blue eyed humans are on the average of between six and six and a half feet tall. They are from a solar system that revolves around Procyon, a binary yellow-white and yellow star system that rises before Sirius in Canis Minor (in the body of the Lesser Dog), about 11.4 light years from Earth. They are from the fourth planet in orbit around the Procyon double star system.

The tall Blonds from Procyon have a benign attitude toward humanity, except for their strong disapproval of our inhumanity to each other. This strong disapproval is further intensified by the fact that our government has made a secret alliance with their hereditary enemies, the Grays, in order to obtain even more destructive weapon systems than those that were already in existence. Our government is not interested in negotiating with the Procyonians, as they would not provide them with weapon systems.

The Procyonian basic purpose: The Law of One is service to others. They feel that All That Is will benefit if man can develop as a true social memory complex, i.e., an aligned mass consciousness or integrated biospheric entity. To them, 5 billion beings integrated as One "awareness of Awareness" Unit in Creation is a natural State. Each separate entity still maintains the individual unique nature, which is the sum total of its integrated experiences, its basic differentiated identity as a spiritual entity aware of its immortality despite the use of an organic genetic entity (body).

The tall Blond from Procyon, known as Khyla, described Blonds in this manner: "Our bodies are muscular, but we have slender necks and agile bodies. Our eyes are alert and of high intelligence. Physically we are almost identical to humans, the main difference being that by human standards our blood circulatory system is under-developed, while our lymphatic system is over-developed. This gives us stronger immune systems than terrestrial humans.

“Some Blonds have high intellectual and verbal abilities, while others are mute and telepathic. The Blonds with speech abilities will respond violently if attacked or threatened. But, the telepathic type will not. Both types are careful to avoid exposure, and usually encounter humans in quiet isolated places. They contact females more frequently. They may just stare and observe humans, then retreat. The Blonds do not seem to age, and consistently appear to be from 27 to 35 human years old, no matter what their real age may be.

"The ancestors of the short Grays were once tall Blonds. Then, a Great War took place. Behold the bitter fruit of victory. The Grays are a genetically damaged species. If terrestrial humans were to survive a nuclear winter, they might well look like that, several generations later. Before the Great War, Rigel was a vast empire, which had been the source of most galactic seeding. All Rigelians were tall Blonds. A colony had already been established on Procyon. The Great War was a civil war of Rigelians versus Rigelians, and lasted three Earth centuries.

"A group of Rigelians who realized that the Great War was about to break out took off for the Procyon colony in crude, clandestinely built ships. At that time, all the sophisticated equipment was owned by the state. They were the only Rigelians to escape the cataclysmic devastation. All those who had remained on Rigel were transformed into the Grays.

"After the Great War, when the Rigelians had become the Grays, it took them thousands of years to reconstruct their society. They were damaged not only genetically and in their glandular systems, but also mentally and psychologically. As soon as the Grays had reconstituted a power base, they launched an attack on the tall Blonds who had escaped to the Procyon colony.

"Although the Blonds of Procyon had been spared the extreme chromosome and glandular damage sustained by those who had stayed behind on Rigel, they did suffer some radiation damage during their warfare with the Grays, which was minor in comparison. However, it is this that has rendered their females vulnerable to a disease that is decimating their numbers.

"Having come in war, but having been unable to obtain any decisive victory, the Greys expressed the desire to make peace. We had not wanted to fight with the survivors of the Rigelian Great War to begin with, and gladly accepted their offer. As time went by, they said that they wished to normalize relations and be our friends. We were in doubt as to whether it would be safe to trust them, and debated the issue for a long time. Then finally, we decided that we should trust them, as they were the only surviving remnant of our original ancestral stock, though deformed by the misfortunes they had endured.

"The Greys began to visit us, first a few as ambassadors, then as specialists in various domains where their expertise could be useful to us, as participants in different programs that developed which involved mutual collaboration, and finally as tourists. What had begun as a trickle became a flood, as they came in ever-increasing numbers. Slowly, they infiltrated our society at all levels, penetrating even the most secret of our elite groups.

"The one secret that remained beyond their grasp, because the part of their brain that was capable of understanding its subtle complexities had atrophied during the nuclear winter that had caused the mutation of their species, was our ability to travel through time. How then did we fail to foresee the fatal mistake we were making when we first let them in?

"They began by unobtrusively gaining control over key members of our society through techniques unknown to us, such as telepathic hypnosis that manipulates the reptilian levels of the brain. They established a kind of telepathic hypnotic control over our leaders and over almost all of us, because we were under a spell that was leading us to our doom, as if we were being programmed by a type of magic that we did not realize existed.

"Just as a few of the original tall Blonds clandestinely left Rigel when the Great War was about to break out, so did a few of the original tall Blonds clandestinely leave Procyon. They escaped into the corridors of time just before the Greys completed their slow takeover of Procyon. Those who stayed behind came under the total domination of the Greys.

"After what happened to Procyon, no true Blond would collaborate voluntarily with the Greys. The Greys have taken some prisoners of war, who have no choice in the matter, and are forced to work with them in order to survive, with the hope of escaping. There are also a few Blonds who have become degenerate renegades, space pirates and mercenaries who sell their services to the highest bidder.

"But many of us remain free, and continue the fight to the finish with the life form that has become our hereditary enemy. We choose to remain in exile in the corridors of time, where they cannot reach us, rather than to live under the domination of the insidious Greys. It is dangerous for us to venture forth from the corridors of time, but occasionally we do so for hit-and-run strikes, similar in nature to a cosmic version of terrestrial guerrilla warfare.

"What I have come here to communicate, if only to one or two people or to a small group, is that what happened to our culture, is also in the process of happening to yours. It is the same fate that our own culture suffered. And the Blonds that you see with the Greys are either hybrids, clones, or prisoners of war because no true Blond who got out untouched, unscathed, uncrossed with those Greys would ever be with them. He or she would prefer to be in a state of nonexistence.

“The Grays must paralyze or destroy the Procyonian’s ability to teleport through time and other dimensions in order to take them prisoner. The Blonds that are seen on the same ships as the Grays, working with them, are hybrids or they are clones. One way to distinguish the clone is that they all look alike. The real Blonds have distinct facial feature differences, and do not look alike.

“The clones have thick necks and coarsely muscular bodies. They do not have the ability to teleport or to travel inter-dimensionally. They can be contacted by telepathy, but are unable to send. They can be given orders telepathically. They are zombie-like flesh robots. You can tell that they are of low intelligence by looking into their eyes.

"Humanity is not about to be invaded. Humanity is not in the middle of an invasion. Humanity has been invaded! The invasion has taken place, and is nearly in its final stages. Great invasions do not happen with thundering smoke and nuclear weaponry. That is the mark of an immature society. Great invasions happen in secrecy.

"What I want to get across to you is that the ultimate evil, which underlies all the negativity in the cosmos, finds expression in that masked form of psychological complacency which leads an individual to adhere to a group philosophy rather than to think things through for oneself.

"Those who feel safe and comfortable in no matter what belief system merely because many others adhere to it, who get together and form an arrogant self-righteous group convinced it has a monopoly on the truth, and who are ready to persecute, kill or stifle anyone who challenges that group's philosophy, have formed an alliance with the ultimate evil, whether they know it or not. It is the self righteousness and implacability of certain elite power groups like the CIA and the KGB, certain organized religions, and certain so-called lunatic fringe groups such as some of the more fanatical Star People, which are so objectionable.

"As soon as you become involved in a belief system that you are a "chosen" special group, who are as lords over the common folk because of your secret knowledge, you are on your way to a fall. That type of attitude plants the seed of destruction in any society or culture, leaving it vulnerable to overthrow by those oppressed within its boundaries, as well as by outside forces. All cultures who have elite groups at odds with each other, and with the population at large, sooner or later collapse from either internal or external pressures.

"A healthy organism does not encapsulate portions of itself off that cease to interchange freely with other portions of its body. This type of condition is a prelude to cancer, whether it occurs in an individual or in a society. The only chance of retaining your freedom is for the awareness of this principle to penetrate the consciousness of humanity. It is a pearl of wisdom treasured by those who have attained the ability to travel through time and other life cycles.

"I have seen civilizations rise and fall, begin again only to die again, over and over and over. It isn't only a problem of this planet. It's a problem that must be faced by all civilizations in the course of their development, no matter where they may be located in the cosmos. Everyone wants that slightly larger piece of the pie than their neighbor for themselves, and eventually this tendency always culminates in choking them.

"Sooner or later this will be the undoing of the Grays as well, thereby enabling us to return in triumph from our exile in the corridors of time. The Grays do not see and are incapable of understanding their own fundamental error: that the very weakness they seize upon in humanity is their own inherent weakness, the blind spot that inevitably seals their doom.”

3.3 Alien Abductions

Dr. David Jacobs has been doing UFO research for 41 years and abduction research since 1986. He has found the abduction phenomenon to be real and he has become somewhat apocalyptic in view of its purpose. He has come to the conclusion that humanity may be in for a rapid and perhaps disastrous awakening, due to alien integration with humanity. This is the least acceptable situation for human society to understand and accept. This has no religious underpinning, no technological basis, or environmental tampering. His conclusion is based on the knowledge of activities beyond our control, told by the victims, which society sees only as mental derangement.

As a group, the unaware abductees consistently report a similar pattern of experiences before becoming aware of abductions. They remember visitations from a guardian angel, a deceased relative, religious figures, or ghosts. They have out-of-body experiences without trauma or meditation. They have a lifetime of extraordinary events that they categorize as normal. The majority of all close encounters are usually the start or end of abductions.

Whatever their political persuasion, abductees are usually aware of social problems and seek to effect change. They have more education and a greater median income than the general population. The results of a survey also show that the 18 to 29 age group is more likely to be abducted than any other group, which means that older people, who have lived longer, are less likely.

In addition, those who are socially and/or politically active scored significantly higher in a survey, which indicates that there may be a large number of abductees in this group. These are influential people and trend setters rather than just followers. They are wealthier, better educated, and presumably have an above average intelligence.

Abductees have learned to remain silent about their experiences in order to prevent ridicule, denial, and rejection by others. They live their lives harboring their secrets and hiding their fears. They desperately want someone to believe their unbelievable stories and they want to know what has been happening to them.

During hypnotic sessions, abductees recall events that can be profoundly disturbing, bazaar, and frightening. Becoming aware of their plight, transforms them psychologically with feelings of being more integrated, less confused, and emotionally stronger. However, they also feel frightened and powerless against the unwelcome sudden physical intrusion in their lives.

Nearly all abductees recall their experiences with astonishment, surprise, and familiarity.

When finished, they remember what happened and discuss it with Dr. Jacobs. He conducts an average of six sessions with all of the 110 abductees that he has worked with.

Critics point to the false-memory syndrome, screen memories, and media contamination to explain abduction accounts. They also attack the use of hypnosis since it can also elicit false memories.

False memories of abuse occur when people remember events, usually as children, that did not happen. People can convey false memories with such conviction and sincerity, that many are fooled. Uncovering false memories can lead to major emotional upheavals in people’s lives.

Critics often state that the abduction phenomenon is simply a matter of human suggestibility or a form of irrationality engaged in by otherwise sane and intelligent people.

These critics are incorrect because they have never presented evidence that abduction accounts are the products of false-memory syndrome.

Abduction accounts differ from false-memory syndrome in five significant ways: 1. Abductees do not recount only childhood experiences, 2. they have indirect corroboration of events, 3. they often remember events without the aid of a therapist, 4. they are physically missing during the abductions, and 5. they can provide independent confirmation of the event.

In addition, when abductees understand the nature of their memories, they often take intellectual and emotional control over these memories and lead more integrated lives.

Therapists also assume that abduction accounts are due to repressed memories of sexual abuse in childhood and transposed the abuse into an abduction account that is more acceptable.

But, there is no evidence for this explanation. In fact, the opposite is true. Not all sexual abuse cases are abduction events, but some are.

Most abductees are very sensitive to the dangers of cultural influences on their memories and censor themselves. Abductees remember and describe specific aspects of procedures which are corroborated by many other accounts that have never been made public.

The reliability of memory recalled during hypnosis rests with the hypnotist. Experienced and competent hypnotists test the suggestibility of the abductee by asking purposeful misleading questions such as: the flat, broad chins of aliens, corners of the ceiling, and if the aliens are fat. Most abductees refuse to be led and nearly always respond to misleading questions negatively, directly contradicting or correcting the hypnotist.

Hypnosis, when properly used, can accurately uncover abduction memories, illuminate the origin of false memories, and can untangle confusing memories. What emerge are accurate, consistent, richly detailed, corroborated accounts of abductions.

It is not possible for the abduction phenomenon to be a psychologically generated fantasy because it is not based solely on memory and hypnotic recounting. There is physical evidence of abductions. Abductees are physically missing while abducted. Many abductions occur with more than one person. Two people abducted together can verify each other’s presence without having spoken about it. People without knowledge of the phenomenon have been abducted. Children report details of incidents that are known only to veteran abduction researchers.

4. EXTRATERRESTRIALS

The following are excerpts of information relating to extraterrestrial life in the universe, which was channeled by the ‘Allies of Humanity’ through Marshall Vian Summers. “The universe is immense and full of life. Intelligent life is concentrated in some places more than others. There is a great diversity of life in the galaxy. Our world exists in an area of congregation with many inhabited worlds. Our world is being scrutinized by many powerful forces.

Societies exist in the universe at every conceivable level of social and spiritual development and in countless expressions. There are vast areas that are unexplored and sparsely populated where many societies live in secret. Many have never been discovered.

The universe is a rigorous existence for survival. It is a difficult and competitive environment. It is not a heavenly state. Everyone in the universe must deal with the rigors of physical life of survival, hardship, competition, and depravation.

There are many civilizations and empires that are far older than humanity. Wars and great conflicts do occur in the universe, but they are very rare. Resources are valuable and so, the destruction of resources is generally looked upon with disfavor. Rebellions and internal disputes are more common. It is better to persuade a race to come into alliance with you than to try to overtake them by force. So, advanced nations have become powerful in influencing mental environments.

As societies become more technologically advanced, the need for resources becomes greater and the preservation of natural resources is emphasized. In many cases, home worlds have outstripped their resources to where they have become barren and unproductive. That is why Earth is viewed with such great interest. It is rich in mineral and biological resources, strategically located, and accessible to many civilizations.

Fortunately for the people of this planet, Earth cannot be conquered, for this world is in a region that is governed by rules of conduct. This means that the people of Earth cannot become apart of a larger association unless humanity visibly demonstrates that they agree to it and welcome it. Because there are many societies in this region of space, they tend to hold each other in check and will take legal action against one another should the rules of conduct be violated.

There are other parts of the universe where great empires exist with their own rules and few competitors. Many nations have also joined together in associations of economic, political, and military, or all three for mutual trade and defense. These are quite common. The region where we live contains about 5,000 stars. This is a small part of the galaxy with important rules of conduct. There are also small empires here, both dictatorial and democratic.

Main thoroughfares are ruled by councils for safety and security. The councils exist in order to provide insurance against violence that could erupt and grow into war. Disputes occur frequently and are handled by negotiations or through legal procedures. In our region of space, societies are not allowed to have military forces, only security forces for their own defense.

True democracy does exist in the universe, but it is very rare. They must be very strong in their dealings with other societies in space. There is no one empire that is predominant because there is too much diversity of life here. There are many marvelous and wondrous creations and there are many societies that have achieved a very high state of awareness. But, they remain in the minority.

Collectives are different from Empires in that they have no source home planet. They have a group of planets that are dissimilar. They have joined together, usually through conquest and persuasion, and have become a formidable force. Empires are usually centered in one world or region by one race. Collectives are made up of many races. Collectives may encompass hundreds of worlds and exist beyond vast reaches of space. They are always interested in gaining new allegiances and new members. They are highly organized and have a hierarchical structure.

Collectives are comprised of a series of races functioning at different levels of authority and command. The worker-class is bred to serve in specific functions. They have very little individuality or individual abilities of reasoning and discernment. They have a hive mentality and are rigidly controlled with no personal freedom. They are impressively efficient in very specific areas, but they have no insight and are not creative in their approaches. They rely on structure, codes of conduct, and their ability to manipulate the thoughts of others they influence.

Collectives are not military powers. They are economic powers. Their focus is on trade, resource acquisition, and building alliances. There are many Collectives functioning in our region. Other nations have established defenses against Collective’s intervention in their trade, commerce, and internal affairs. Collectives must abide by rules of conduct or face grave consequences. They must use negotiations, diplomacy, and influence.

Collectives do not have an artistic appreciation of Earth. They need our resources and view Earth as a prize, the best among many. Nuclear weapons triggered their intervention on this planet. They realized that if we became strong and had greater technological power, their intervention here would become more difficult to achieve. They believe that they cannot wait. They seek to have humanity believe that they will save us from our own destruction.

Because they are prevented from having a military presence, they must take a long time and be very subtle in their influence with humanity. They want our help because they cannot breathe our air and take our resources themselves. They want to add humanity to their collective community and mentality. They want us to become a part of them. This adds to their strength and minimizes resistance.

This is why there is such an investment in time and energy in gaining our allegiance, in bonding with humanity through interbreeding, and in establishing a deep and pervasive association. In order to gain control over us, they must have us welcome them, want what they have to offer, seek their assistance, and believe that we need their help in order to satisfy the restraints that are placed upon them, according to the rules that have been established.

We expect extraterrestrials to have outgrown deviousness, selfishness, competition, and conflict. But, this is not so. Greater technology does not raise mental and spiritual strength. Just because someone can fly around in a spacecraft does not mean that they are more advanced.

The spiritually advanced do not go about intervening in other people’s worlds. They may send messages through observers but they do not intervene. The spiritually advanced remain hidden and seek insulation from other forces in the universe. The best position to have in the universe is to be self sufficient, independent, and extremely discrete. Races that keep their freedom must be strong, united, and insulated from outside influences.”

4.1 Alien Species

The alien species presented in this section, include: the Tall Grays, the Short Grays, Zeta Reticulans, Insectoids, and others. These are all humanoid beings with a body that has a head, two arms, and two legs similar to the human body. However, these beings have a physiology that is obviously not human in nature. There is also another race of beings that are a reptilian species with scales. This group is well described in other books such as those by David Ike and so that subject is not covered here.

However, Dr Jacobs has found that abductees have noticed the Reptilians and Insectoids as always being seen with the Grays and that they are never seen alone. They generally perform the taller being’s more specialized functions. Abductees sense that these beings are mean or evil. Reptilian roles have not been determined, but Insectoids appear to have a higher rank and supervisory status over the tall Grays. They are very tall and usually wear a cape or long robe with a high collar. They are an insect-like being that looks like a praying mantis or giant ant. They have even more individuality than the tall Grays. They most often engage in staring procedures. When they communicate telepathically, they are sometimes more forthcoming with information. But generally, they stand back, observe the proceedings, and may issue directions to the taller Grays.

A chain of command appears to exist with the Insectoids in control and they may be the ones who have initiated the abduction and breeding program. The aliens display a hive mentality. The short Grays all look alike, dress alike, and act alike with no unique personality traits. All activity is directed toward the abduction goal in a clinical and dispassionate way. Although the aliens may have disagreements and annoyances among themselves, they generally present a united and positive front to the abductees. They constantly tell abductees about how important the program is and how thankful they are for their help.

4.1.1 The Tall Grays

The following information is derived from a book titled “MATRIX II The Abduction and Manipulation of Humans Using Advanced Technology” prepared by Valdamar Valarian for the Leading Edge International Research Group.

Some of the various 22 sub-species of Grays originally started out as tall blond-haired humanoids in the Rigel system, but were subject to heavy radiation due to a nuclear exchange over a long period of time, changing their DNA to the point where some of the species became stunted misshapen dwarves. Glandular structures were also affected, including reproductive and digestive organs. The nuclear exchange occurred approximately 300,000 years ago. This type of Gray species has been referred to as the "Orion Crusaders" or the "Markabians".

There are two main types of the tall Gray species who call themselves the EBAN. Type 1 of the Orion Grays, are about seven to eight feet tall and have what you would call an insect-base to their genetic makeup. They have a pronounced nose and slanted black eyes. They have no external genitalia and are extremely aggressive toward humans. Type 2 of the tall Grays, are between six and seven feet tall and have external genitalia. This type appears to be a taller form of the short Gray species with similar large heads and large black eyes.

The Grays operate very efficiently in the dark. Their eyes are more sensitive to ultraviolet light. They have the ability to control their heart rate. The normal heart rate for a Gray is above that of a human. The skin seems to have a metallic content and an unusual, cobalt pigmentation.

The brain has been described as having many more lobes than the human brain. There have been previous references to crystalline networks that have been found in the brains of some of the alien autopsies. It is believed that the network has a functional relationship to telepathic communication and acts as a functional node for group control of the cloned species, which function in what is essentially a hive mind.

They have problems with their glands, particularly with their sebaceous glands, which make it difficult for them to digest food. They derive nourishment from the glandular secretions and enzymes that they extract from animals that they mutilate. They absorb these extracts through the pores in their skin.

The Gray species is not based on individualization or being an individual entity. For entities maintaining a group mind set (social memory complex), individualization seems to cause a great deal of random energy loss. They were initially fascinated with both human individuality and the human emotional spectrum, which they can perceive but apparently do not comprehend what it means (to humans).

This species objectives appear to be founded on a rigid domination survival-based social order, where their "religion" is science, their social structure is geared to obedience, and their military concepts are grouped around conquest, colonization, and domination through covert mind control programs. It has become apparent that there are definite hierarchies within their social structures that provide for each entity having specific duties to perform.

These beings have technological superiority, but they appear to be lacking in spiritual and social sciences. This is evident in their obvious lack of warmth, emotionality, and respect relative to humans. They can sometimes obtain momentary pleasure in terms of mood elevation by tuning in on human wavelengths via telepathically connected radionic devices. They react to intense human emotion such as ecstasy or agony. They blanket couples for sexual thrills and are drawn to aberrant and sexual deviates. The Markabs use sex, pain, drugs and fear as obsessive elements with which to aberrant humans.

Abductees have told Dr. Jacobs that the taller grays usually join the abduction after the short grays perform an examination and conduct the more complicated procedures. They take sperm and harvests eggs. They implant embryos in females and, a few months later, extracts the fetuses. They also conduct staring procedures known as Mindscan. The tall grays have more of a personality than the short ones. They will engage in dialogue with abductees, but remain coy about their objectives and specific procedures.

All female aliens appear to be the taller variety of Grays. Female aliens perform specialized tasks, including gynecological and urological procedures and visualizations. Female aliens attend to the hybrid offspring. They also watch over and direct the activities of the hybrid toddlers and young children. The females have no physical attributes of their sex, but seem kinder, gentler, or more graceful and are feminine in some ill-defined way.

4.1.2 Short Grays

The following is a description of the Short Grays as described in “MATRIX II The Abduction and Manipulation of Humans Using Advanced Technology” by Valdamar Valerian.

The tall Grays use smaller cloned, big-headed Grays to perform abduction and examination work. It is these Grays that abductees see most of the time. They are referred to as the Belletrax species from Betelgueses in the Orion Constellation.

The Gray species in general is more on the order of an electronically based space society with a common social memory complex that allows them to collectively function in areas of group-mind. Groups of Grays are controlled from one central source being, usually one of the tall Grays, a Blond humanoid, or other dominant species.

The approximate height of the big-headed Gray species is 3.5 to 4.5 feet tall and they have an average weight of about 40 pounds. Proportions of the head to the body are similar to a human five-month fetus. This seems to reflect a very ancient nature as a species as well as the fact that their DNA patterns lie within a specific band that is on a more primitive scale.

The species skin tone variation seems to be widespread, with skin colors ranging from bluish gray to beige, tan, brown, or white. There are factors that affect skin color, and one of them is the state of general health of the entity. Skin color is known to change after they have consumed nourishment.

There are no reproductive organs or reproductive capability with the cloned species. The brain capacity is estimated to be between 2500 and 3500 cc, compared to 1300 cc of humans. Due to the cloning process, the neural matter is artificially grown brain matter. The Grays have technology that enables them to insert memory patterns and consciousness into clones in any manner or pattern that they wish.

They have two separate brains with many more lobes than human brains, and contain a crystalline network for telepathic communication and group control. The cloned species function in essentially a hive mind. Their movement is deliberate, slow, and precise.

The Grays consume nourishment through a process of absorption through their skin. The process, according to abductees who have witnessed it, involves spreading a biological slurry mixture that has been mixed with hydrogen peroxide (which oxygenates the slurry and eliminates bacteria) onto their skin. Waist products are then excreted back through the skin. Many abductees have noticed that the Grays have a distinct series of odors and many of them appear to be similar to a mentholated cinnamon smell.

The Gray clones have one major organ that has the combined function of a heart and lung. The rest of their body consists of a homogeneous spongy tissue infused with circulatory systems, glands, and other amorphous structures. Each of the Gray clones has an individuality, but it is much less pronounced than in the human, where tendencies toward expanded awareness and shared consciousness are minimized through cultural conditioning, programming, and basic cranial differences in structure.

The clones are subservient to the taller Grays. The smaller Grays possess an electronically monitored and controlled social memory complex that allows them to function effectively in a group-mind mode. When one of the Grays dies, its implant serves as a focusing device for retrieval of the body. When Grays die, their bodies are "beamed" away.

Abductees have reported that the shorter gray aliens act as assistants to the taller grays. The shorter grays bring abductees to the UFO, take their clothes off, escort them to the examination room, and even do some non-specialized procedures. They rarely engage in extended conversations, which is usually limited to palliatives and reassurances.

4.1.3 Zeta Reticulans

The following is a description of the Short Grays from Zeta Reticuli as described in “MATRIX II The Abduction and Manipulation of Humans Using Advanced Technology” by Valdamar Valarian.

The Zeta Reticuli Grays have an insect-based genetic system and are about 3.5 to 4.5 feet in height. They have no external genitalia. They are less aggressive toward humans than the other Gray species. These beings are from Zeta Reticuli in the Reticulum Constellation. These humanoids have very distinctive facial features with a turned-up nose and long slender neck.

The Reticulans appear to be a highly aware grouping of entities that function as a social memory complex. Individuality appears to exist, but is overshadowed by the group mind. The Reticulans are millions of years old as a species and have a weakened DNA structure as the result of conflicts that involved nuclear radiation. The Reticulans have relied on artificial reproduction or cloning and face extinction from incurable diseases. They are creating hybrid human-Reticulans capable of mating with humans.

The Reticulans are largely involved in scientific exobiological surveys as well as systemic geological observation and field studies. Their civilization appears to be totally dedicated to interstellar research and life analysis. The Network has been on Earth for the past 50 years.

The basic objectives of the Reticulans are to use nullification and domination to control the leaders of various targeted civilizations. They accomplish this by taking out the leaders and replacing them with entities they can control.

Military operations of the Reticulan species consist of colonization of unprotected civilizations for the purpose of setting up logistical supply depots, slave sources, acquisition of potential allies, and biological materials.

The process of conquering a planet involves the location of beings that vibrate in resonance with their vibrational frequency. These located beings are then told that they are the Elite or Chosen Ones who will conquer or lead the human race and rule the world for their Gray masters.

Often the located beings are physically taken aboard a craft and given physical examinations, provided with implants, given accelerated data through inculcation methods that will help them serve the Grays. The function of the Elite is to decimate portions of its own race in an effort to reduce populations to manageable limits so the remainder can be easily controlled.

4.1.4 Insectoids

Although there appears to be a large variety of extraterrestrials in the form of insects, the most common and advanced species appears to be a giant insect creature, two meters (6'6") tall that resembles a Praying Mantis. It should be noted that abductees feel that this type is no insect, but rather an intelligent, gentle-spirited, but somewhat "hyper" and jerky-moving, human-like lifeform, both males and females.

These Beings have long, narrow faces, with long, narrow, large eyes, sharply slanted upward and outward in an almost narrow-V position, given an almost insect-like appearance. This comparison is heightened by the Praying-Mantis types' extremely thin, long torsos, long, extremely-thin arms which are usually crooked into a sharp bend at the mid-joint, with the hand and fingers/mitten sloping almost vertically downward from the "wrist", and legs also bent at an almost right-angle at the mid-joint, creating a crouched pose. The overall effect is the characteristic "Praying Mantis" look.

Witnesses have reported seeing this strange and frightening being on several occasions. In Maryland, in 1973, a group of four Preying Mantis aliens abducted a law student and examined him. On another occasion, a creature, fitting the same description, was found attacking a teenage boy. The boy was rescued with some difficulty and the being was chased away.

4.2 Close Encounter Discoveries

The following subsections describe what has been observed by abductees and reported to Dr. Jacobs regarding the Gray aliens while onboard their craft. These accounts have been corroborated by multiple independent individuals of good character with a proven record of impeccability.

4.2.1 Basic Alien Biology

The Grays have no mouth, teeth, esophagus, digestive tract, abdomen, or orifices for the elimination of waste products. No abductee has ever seen an alien eating as humans do and there is no human-style eating room onboard their craft.

However one abductee saw a large, circular room with a vaulted ceiling and about 40 tanks filled with liquid in a horseshoe arrangement around the circular wall. There was a humming sound and a yellow light streaming to the center of the room from the ceiling. When it withdrew, each tube randomly emptied its liquid and aliens walked out of the tank right through the glass. They had been eating and sleeping in the tubes.

The aliens obtain nourishment by absorption through their skin. This is how fetuses floating in tanks in incubatoriums are able to obtain nourishment without umbilical cords. Sometimes babies obtain nourishment by having a brown liquid from a bowl painted on them with a paintbrush.

4.2.2 Emotional Demeanor

Aliens present themselves to abductees very professionally, operating in a cooperative society like an efficient factory. But, the aliens have been very private about their personal lives and their society.

The aliens have a narrow and controlled emotional demeanor. They are usually calm and collected. When they do express emotions they act satisfied, pleased, and gratified, but not joyous. They also act irritated, annoyed, and perturbed, but not angry.

4.2.3 Communication Skills

Aliens communicate telepathically with humans and with each other. People receive an impression in their mind that they automatically convert into their own words for comprehension. Most abductees can understand alien messages very well.

Aliens are limited in the ability to express any emotions, which come from subtle facial movements. Abductees are often able to tap into conversations between aliens, but this is dependant upon proximity. Aliens however, are able to pick up on and understand both human communication and their private thoughts.

4.2.4 Alien’s Home World

Abductees have been told that the aliens are from another planet somewhere in the known universe. They do not talk about parallel universes, time travel, dimensions, or exotic locations. It is not visible with the naked eye, but you can see 3 little stars around it with a telescope. Then, there is a cluster and something like a helix. Travel through the stars is accomplished in stages. There is a link between certain systems that stretch out into space like stepping stones.

Many abductees have reported being in a desert-like terrain that may be a home environment for the aliens. The sky is reddish with low cloud formations like angel hair. There are three suns with planets around one of them. The soil is like hard sand, not like beach sand. The aliens float up into buildings.

5. HYBRIDS

Abductees have provided a wealth of information regarding human/alien hybrids, as documented in Dr. Jacobs’ book, “The Threat”. Production of a hybrid species appears to be the alien’s goal. To understand why hybrids are being produced, it is necessary to understand hybridization and the nature of hybrid life.

One abductee was taken to a museum room with artifacts on shelves along with life-sized holograms of several beings. Each of the hologram figures had a flaw of some sort. One had alien features with distinctive black eyes and a thin body. It also had a distended stomach with boil-like protuberances on it. Another hologram looked more human with blond hair and human-like eyes, but he had no genitals and his skin was very pale. The final hologram was of a grouping of smaller beings about 5 feet tall. They were very white and mentally weak. Most importantly, they failed the hybridization program because none of them could reproduce.

Humans on Earth are not the first that the aliens have found and tried to work with, but we have been found to be the most compatible that the aliens can work with. The aliens cannot sustain themselves much longer because they are the result of a genetic mixture, alteration, and manipulation. The Grays have reached the point that reproduction of them is a problem. Because they are the result of a genetic altering by a higher intelligent species, their ability to reproduce has lessened through the generations. The Gray aliens were products of early attempts at hybridization with humans, but were flawed without the ability to reproduce.

The insect-like aliens began a new human hybridization program with different techniques that have taken more time, but were fruitful. Because we can reproduce, they can reproduce through us.

5.1 Creation of Hybrids

One hybrid disclosed that his mother was human and his father was a hybrid, so he was a degree closer to humans. This explains the variety of hybrid types from Gray-like to more human-like. Hybridization appears to be a process in stages.

The process starts in vitro with the joining of human sperm, eggs, and alien genetic material. The result is partially grown in human females and partially in a gestation device to produce a hybrid being, which is a cross between aliens and humans (hybrid 1). Many of these look almost alien. They have large black eyes, small, thin bodies, little or no hair, tiny mouth, little or no ears, pointed chins, and no genitals.

The second stage occurs when a human egg and sperm are assimilated with the genetic material from the first stage hybrid into the zygote. This also develops in the same manner from fetus to birth. The offspring is a cross between hybrid 1 and humans (hybrid 2). They still look quite alien with an oddly shaped head and only a small amount of white in their eyes. Their hair is still sparse, but there is more of it. Their bodies are still thin, but larger with no ability to reproduce. When mature, these early-stage hybrids often help the aliens with the abduction process and are an integral part of the alien workforce.

The next stage of hybrids (hybrid 3) looks very human. If properly attired and wearing dark glasses, they could pass as humans, but would be off in their appearance. They may have too muck black in their pupils and have no eyebrows or eyelashes. These hybrids have performed complete abductions without alien supervision.

Later stage hybrids are so close to humans that they could easily pass without notice. They have normal looking eyes and skin color. Most have short cropped hair, but some have curly or long hair. Most do not have body hair or pubic hair. Their bodies a sometimes thin or muscular, but never overweight. They are often blond and have blue eyes, but also a range of hair and eye colors. The females have sexual characteristics and longer hair then the men. Most males have normal genitals, but some have narrow penises. They are not circumcised. These late-stage hybrids have been referred to as Nordics.

They possess the alien’s mental abilities and can engage in staring procedures. They have nearly complete command over abductees and they have the distinction of being able to reproduce with humans, bypassing the standard egg and sperm harvesting phase of abductions. The resulting hybrids are barely distinguishable from normal humans. The results are the development of increasing human-looking and human-behaving hybrids armed with the alien’s ability to manipulate humans.

It is not known if late-stage males and females can reproduce normally, but female late-stage hybrids have difficulty in bringing babies to term. After birth, the aliens funnel the hybrids into specific types of service such as acquiring knowledge or assisting the aliens.

5.2 Fetuses

When fetuses are removed from abductees, they are kept in tanks filled with liquid nutrients that are kept in rooms with hundreds or even thousands of tanks with gestating fetuses. Their large, open black eyes dominate their tiny bodies.

In an incubatorium, there are hundreds of containers of fetuses in a room. The tanks are arrayed in stages of development, from youngest to oldest. Late-stage fetuses are kept longer in utero because they cannot be sustained in incubators for a long time as early-stage fetuses can.

5.3 Babies

When newborns are removed from the tanks, they are usually phlegmatic. They appear passive and sickly. They do not cry, grasp with their hands, and their bodies do not have the same muscular tension as human babies. They seem wise or mature for their age and communicate with abductees with their eyes and absorbing information. A four month old hybrid appeared more alert than a human baby. It looked around and almost had a curious look on its face instead of the typical blank expression.

Abductees have fed babies by their breast, bottles, and painted nutrients on their skin. Early-stage infants eat by absorbing liquid and late-stage hybrids ingest through their mouths.

The alien’s restricted emotional range may be why they force abductees to interact with hybrid babies and toddlers. This interaction makes the normally passive babies become more active and charged with energy. The aliens cannot provide what the babies need in order to grow right. They need to be taught emotions and feelings that the aliens cannot provide. Otherwise, they are dead emotionally.

5.4 Toddlers and Young Children

Abductees often have contact with hybrid toddlers (2 to 6 years of age) in group situations. The group usually consists of mixed-stage hybrids. Abductees have physical contact, play with them, and teach them. Abductee children direct them in play activity. The aliens want the hybrids to be accustomed to humans so that they can survive in human society. Hybrid toddlers sometimes play with human toys like trucks, teddy bears, dolls, planes, and balls or alien toys like a ball with swirling colors and dances about in mid air.

Hybrid toddlers have alien abilities and can execute Mindscan in order to gather information from humans. They display definite personality differences such as being shy. Hybrids can just will objects to float to them from across the room or float out of abductee’s arms to the floor. They have different colored hair and eyes. They seem to know when another is going to move and they all move in unison.

5.5 Youth

As with the toddlers, abductee adults and children are required to play with and instruct the 6 to 12 mixed-stage hybrids. They have taught the youths how to play a variety of games like kickball and hand-clapping games. The hybrid youth’s toys are very technologically sophisticated. The toys make you feel. The youth are interested to know about humans in general and about the emotional differences between the species like if happy is good.

Nobody laughs there or knows how to have fun. They are also taught about Earth and human society like animals, the circus, a sandbox, and swing. Interaction between the children is controlled so that the hybrids get the most amount of play enjoyment. Unlike human children, they do not have disputes or disagreements. They sometimes laugh and run around in a state of artificially induced hilarity.

They have pretty eyes that are big, almond-shaped with white in their eyes. They have cute little noses, normal mouths, and are thinner than normal. The hybrid youths are emotionally caught between two worlds. Instead of learning about Earth’s political, economic, and social institutions, their lessons appear to be focused on the ordinary events of day-to-day lives of humans. They are taught how to get along with humans and acting human in preparation for when they will be living among us.

5.6 Adolescents

The aliens give adolescent hybrids new tasks and responsibilities within the abduction program. Although they still learn from humans, they now begin to interact with abductees more on a sexual and social level. Adult hybrids assume complex duties, which sometimes go far beyond sexual relations with abductees.

The tasks that adolescent hybrids sometimes include retrieving abductees from their normal environment, escort abductees, and assist with complex procedures. They become apprentices to the Grays. Although they work, they also amuse themselves by playing tricks on humans.

Hybrid adolescents are encouraged to have sexual relations with abductees. Some abductees feel that intercourse is almost like a hybrid training session for the future. On some occasions, an adult hybrid actively directs the adolescent on how to have intercourse.

5.7 Adults

Once hybrids become adults, their responsibilities increase and are more involved in the abduction routine. Although still in a subordinate role to the Grays, they conduct the full range of procedures. For the most part, they act like the Grays (task-oriented, efficient, and clinical), but also emotional and unpredictable without compassion.

Hybrids begin their daily lives with a cleaning routine where they communally groom themselves and check one another for health problems. Their shower sprays a fine mist that dries on contact. After the shower, the hybrids pair off to groom and inspect each other. They check the hair, back of the neck, and eyes. The lower eyelid is pulled down in order to check for red spots in the bottom of each eye. The hybrids are prone to rashes under the armpits. After the inspection, they cut each other’s toenails. Finally, they brush each other’s hair with a brush-like tool.

Hybrids sleep in tiers of bunk beds, 3 high, which are suspended in the air and hooked up to cables attached to the ceiling. The sleep room is partitioned off in a very homogeneous environment. The Adult hybrids have a life that resembles human life, but more communal.

Emotionally, they are between human and alien. Hybrids have no memories of parents, siblings, family life, nurturing, or other emotionally important events of bonding. They feel like they are robots because they have been created to do what the aliens want them to do and nothing more. They feel that there is no use to have emotions because nothing will happen with them. They have no personal lives and only exist to do work. They have to do everything the aliens tell them to do. The aliens are in total control over everything. Aliens only think of the hybrids as their creation.

5.7.1 Hybrid-Human Information Transference

Abductees are also required to instruct adult hybrids in the form of directed and involuntary thought transference. Adult female hybrids obtained direct instructions on how to bond with a child and raise it like humans do. Adult hybrids show an interest in earthly activities and why people do what they do.

Sometimes information is transferred from abductees like a data dump while cupping their hands around a multifaceted orb. A hybrid places their hands around the abductee’s and gaze at them in order to download information. Sometimes abductees are wired to a hybrid that uses Mindscan on them.

5.7.2 Hybrid-Human Reproduction

Late-stage adult hybrids want frequent sex with abductees, not only for the breeding program, but because it satisfies them. Hybrids have total control over the sexual encounter and male hybrids require women to have a full range of sexual responses.

Hybrids perform a procedure to physically stimulate the woman almost to orgasm. Headgear is worn by the woman to monitor brain activity while the hybrid touches her everywhere. Sometimes an electrical device is hooked up to women’s genitals before having intercourse with a hybrid. At the climactic moment, the hybrid abruptly removes himself and the orgasm is so unnaturally intense that it is almost painful. When the device is removed, which measures electrical impulses, there is excruciating pain followed by nausea. It creates a lesion on the clitoris.

Some late-stage hybrid males have normal sexual responses and physical movement. Others do not engage in the normal thrusting movement and simply cause quick penetration and ejaculation. Hybrids routinely generate orgasm in women with the use of Mindscan. Male and female abductees often feel disgusted in sex with hybrids because they have no choice.

5.7.3 Personal-Project Hybrids

Some late-stage hybrids have personal projects of long-term relationships with a human abductee for reproductive purposes. This begins when the abductee is a young child and continues throughout childhood. In addition to the normal procedures, a hybrid will either escort the abductee or have private interaction such as talk, play together, and build a friendship.

Sexual intercourse begins at puberty. Although abductees may have intercourse with other hybrids, their personal-project hybrid remains her steadiest partner. The late-stage hybrids appear to enjoy the sex and often display human emotions of affection and love. They engage in foreplay by kissing, caressing, and so forth. They sometimes talk romantically, professing their love. The couples laugh, joke, and engage in small talk. Some hybrids even linger afterwards.

Many abductees experience deep love for their personal hybrid during abductions and it can spill over into their normal lives and interfere with their social and emotional development. Both men and women have reported personal-project hybrids of the opposite sex. Some have formed an emotional attachment to their hybrid family.

The Grays normally assign the hybrids to specific humans. Sometimes hybrids have argued with the aliens and have had a say about who they are paired with. For women, the critical criterion for inclusion in this program is normal reproductive function.

The effects upon the abductee’s social and sexual development can be substantial. Most of these effects depend upon the emotional and physical quality of a particular independent abduction experience. Independent hybrid activity on Earth is at the very heart of the alien agenda.

5.7.4 Emotional Reactions

Most hybrids go about their duties assisting the aliens dispassionately. But sometimes, abductees have been able to elicit emotions from the hybrids such as uttering a surprised “Uh!” and tears welling up in the eyes when a hybrid’s hair was pulled.

Hybrids laugh, seem sad, angry, happy, etc., but not rage. However, some hybrids are emotionally out of control because they have not been properly socialized. They are running loose and doing whatever they please with humans. They have strong sexual drives, but they are not controlled by social constraints.

Genetics play almost no role in their personality makeup. Their human genes affect their emotional reactions and make them less predictable. Hybrid emotional problems show up most sharply when they have especially selected abductees that are assigned to them and they are able to act independently of aliens.

5.7.5 Physical Problems

Some hybrids are born disfigured or with other abnormal characteristics such as with legs and arms that had either improperly developed or not at all, distorted chins, and a deformed head that is too wide and has bumps on it.

Young hybrids also have red blotchy marks on their skin. Abductees have had blood removed for its hemoglobin as well as a small section of their liver removed in order to help sick hybrids.

Female hybrids have reproductive problems and stillbirths. Parts of the females do not function as human females do. Fetuses do not develop all the way for a normal survival, but can develop for some time in female hybrids.

5.8 Independent Hybrid Activity

Independent hybrid activity is a logical outcome of the abduction phenomenon and has profound implications for future human-alien interaction. It involves hybrids who can pass in human society and free from the presence and control of the Grays. These are mainly late-stage hybrid males that interact with female abductees. These hybrids do not have normal jobs, homes, etc.

Over the years, there has been more emphasis of hybrids being involved with abductions instead of the Grays. Now, there are hybrids in the homes of abductees and outside, not just aboard UFOs. This is occurring frequently and is extremely common, which is more normal to abductees than with the Grays. This is also occurring in conjunction with the normal abduction experiences onboard craft. Abductions need not occur only onboard a craft, but anywhere when under the control of a hybrid. This has resulted in a dramatic increase in abductions when you include any contact with control by aliens or hybrids.

These events can take place at a person’s home and occasionally in a workplace. Sometimes they take place outdoors, day or night, in areas where people cannot see the hybrid. One abductee was contacted by telephone for an interview. When she arrived, a strange-looking interviewer asked bazaar questions. She thought she may have had sex, but couldn’t remember. Later, she discovered the building empty. They also appear at places of work, a restaurant, or bar.

The hybrids can control everything that abductees do and take advantage of everything they have. One woman was ordered to never go to school, have a boyfriend, or have children, so she didn’t. At one time, she was ordered to not leave her home. When she did, she was scolded for disobeying. Another time, she was ordered to leave her home, so she left and just walked around. When she tried to return too early, a man stopped her and said that she could not return yet. She was told by hybrids that they would be using her home and she could not be home then.

5.8.1 When In Public

In public, these hybrids dress like humans, blend into the general population, and go unnoticed. They usually wear average casual clothes like jeans or khakis, t-shirts or long sleeve shirts. They are not seen wearing more formal attire like suits or more casual attire like shorts. They may also dress in military-like clothes such as one-piece jumpsuits or flight suits and are easily mistaken for American military personnel.

Abductees have reported that soldiers are involved in the abduction program. Hybrids sometimes abduct humans and bring them to abandoned military bases or areas of active military bases. Armed service personnel are also abducted while in their uniforms. This suggests that the American government is secretly conspiring with the aliens.

The hybrids travel in unmarked vans and helicopters. Some reports reveal that the helicopters have no tail or rotors and are more circular with no noise. This is a screen memory of a UFO. Sometimes a hybrid will ask an abductee strange questions like which car belongs to her father, why people have plants in their windows, and why someone would light a cigarette.

5.8.2 Affectionate Hybrid Activity

Some abductees have relationships with independent hybrids that include love, affection, and kindness. Their considerate manner often results in deep bonds with the abductee. One hybrid actually talked about their life together, their babies, and sometimes about the abduction program. But, he was always in charge and he would not always answer her questions. His main reason for contact was for reproduction. They usually have intercourse at least twice per event. He would make small talk and tell her he loved her. Their encounters lasted for years and she was sad whenever he left.

Although these hybrids have a strong emotional involvement, they are not monogamous and have several projects simultaneously. The encounters take place in areas specially chosen by the hybrid. The abductees rarely remember anything about their encounters, but notice the missing time.

Contact with personal-project hybrids usually begins for the abductee as a young child and by the age of 20, she is meeting with her hybrid in public. On one occasion in 1969, when an abductee separated from friends, her hybrid suddenly turned up wearing blue jeans, a t-shirt, and a jacket. They hid underneath a jetty and he told her he had seen her the night before.

The abductee is never permitted to introduce the hybrid to her friends and he always tries to keep out of sight. Sometimes the hybrid takes pleasure in seeing how far he can turn on his mate sexually. He comes very close, stares at her and gives her a long kiss that makes her feel like her head explodes, her toes tingle, and everything is like firecrackers. Unlike normal sex that is mostly external stimulation, this is from the core and radiates outwards. She is floaty and the feelings reach an oscillating crescendo and then an explosion.

Although the hybrid may cuddle her afterwards, he is always very cool and in control. He is very deliberate, conserves energy, is very targeted and focused, and becomes almost business-like. He gives her a gentle kiss and then he disappears upwards.

5.8.3 Abusive Hybrid Activity

Some women experience ominous and difficult relationships with hybrids. Even romantic hybrids can suddenly display anger and malice. Intentional cruelty appears to be an important part of hybrid interaction, especially in sexual situations.

One abductee received strong and stern warnings from her usually romantic hybrid when she thought about having an affair outside of her marriage. He became angry and vengeful. He staged frightening scenes with her boyfriend. He said that he could do anything he wanted to with her. Because her husband was sterile, it appears that the hybrid did not want another man’s sperm to intrude on his private reproductive preserve.

Some hybrids exhibit such cruelty that their projects live in fear of experiencing it again. One abductee’s hybrid ruled through fear, intimidation, and punishment. She responded by having an attitude that nothing he did mattered to her. During one encounter, the hybrid would dance and twirl around in her home and say that he can come whenever he likes. He would tell her that she will never be safe and that all she has is his. He said that he can have sex with her whenever he likes and she will do whatever he says. He says he can walk out the front door and no one will notice. He was dressed in jeans, a royal blue coat, and tennis shoes.

Guilt, intimidation, and death are common threats that are used by the hybrids. The hybrids point weapons and hold knives to the abductee’s throat. They often return with wounds and bruises such as a broken collarbone, trauma to their face, torn Achilles tendon, and a sprained wrist. Abductees are battered, slapped, hit, pushed against the wall, yelled at and raped repeatedly.

In another case, five hybrids of different stages accosted an abductee in her room one night because, they said, they did not like her using electronic equipment to detect them. But, she remembered that they had also acted this way in the past.

They made her children watch while she was being raped and threatened to do it to her children if she did not stop the electronic detection. Then, she was forced to give oral sex with one of them. She sensed their anger at her and they threaten to hurt her children.

In another case, three hybrids came into an abductee’s room one night and began a night of sexual intimidation and terror. They told her that they could take her body whenever they want and that she would never be safe. One hybrid raped her and she was forced to perform fellatio upon another. They pinched her, twisted her skin and hurt her without leaving marks. They hit her, bit her, punched her, and pulled her hair. They pulled her arms and head back as well as pulling her legs apart until her muscles tore. They hurt her so that no one else could tell.

She was also made to believe that her daughter would be raped by a ring of hybrids. They filled her mind with horrendous images. She saw her loved ones hacked to death and covered in blood. She was told that unless she was more cooperative, they would not save her children. She saw her loved ones crucified and saw images of religious figures assaulting her.

5.8.4 Hybrid Dysfunction

What are the reasons for this sadistic behavior? They may need to generate fear, intimidation, guilt, shame, and humiliation in order to fulfill the objectives of their agenda. A Gray alien stated that it was necessary for hybrids to perform sexually violent behavior.

Since the late-stage hybrids are mainly human, their genes provide strong sexual drives with little conscience and no human controls. Since abductees forget everything, the hybrids may assume that there is no lasting effect and so they can do whatever they want with impunity. Without effective controls, the hybrids are free to express their aggressive tendencies.

6. THE INTERVENTION

Dr. Jacobs has found that virtually everything that aliens do is in service to their abduction program and every alien activity has a logical basis. Initially researchers believed the abductions were only for examination purposes. Because this occurred repeatedly, it was concluded that the aliens were conducting a long-term study and benignly collecting data. It is now known that the phenomenon is not for the purpose of research. The evidence suggests that all of the alien procedures serve a reproductive agenda.

At the heart of it is the Breeding Program, in which the aliens collect human sperm and eggs, incubate fetuses in human hosts to produce alien-human hybrids, and cause humans to mentally and physically interact with these hybrids for the purposes of their development.

The aliens put things together in a laboratory and insert them into the wombs of women so that it will grow there and develop into a baby. They monitor it and at a certain age, they abduct the mother and remove the fetus, which is not fully developed, but big enough to be recognizable. It is kept in a warm fluid in a tank. The removal process has been described as using a long instrument.

6.1 Abductions

When people are abducted by aliens or hybrids, they are physically missing on Earth and cannot be found by friends or relatives. The abductions have been occurring with tremendous frequency and rapidity with at least ten abductions per person each year. Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in the frequency of abductions, which sometimes happen almost nightly. It is not just that people are being abducted, but there is a whole world of events that are extremely important, which have to do with their lives, their family, missing time, falling in love with strange people, and having dream lovers.

People are abducted throughout their lives, but only remember a few strange occurrences. Abductees think everyone is like them and that UFO and alien experiences are normal. But, they also have a nagging feeling that something is not right. Many abductees have no support or anyone to confide in. They learn at a very early age not to explain what is happening to them out of a fear of ridicule and reprisals. Dr. Jacobs recommends that they be discrete, especially in the workplace, with family, friends, and their spouse. When they do discuss their experiences, they are often considered as being crazy and unable to tell fantasy from reality.

There is a tremendous amount of time that abductees spend not knowing what is happening to them. They are fearful of others finding out what is happening to them. So, they have to make up excuses why they were missing because they simply do not know. If this happens enough, they have to make up a lot of excuses and it becomes bothersome.

Sometimes children are abducted during school with no explanation for the missing time. Mothers cannot be reached when their children are having problems in school and the mothers become angry because this is getting in the way of them caring for their children. If this happens enough, they run out of excuses and need to make up excuses beforehand. Mothers live in guilt for not being able to prevent their children from being abducted and children also feel angry at their parents for not protecting them from abductions.

There are many ways in which people have been affected as a result of abductions. Some people have unexplained fears of certain roads, their back yard, basements, or a room. Many people are always fearful that they will be taken at any time. They funnel anything unusual that happens as an indication of an abduction, such as unusual noises, and nothing happens.

This can result in a fear of sleeping at night, which causes sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation compromises the immune system, prevents the regeneration of muscles, and causes chronic fatigue, muscle pains, and crankiness. It can also cause people to fall asleep while driving a car. Many people sleep with guns and knives and then only in daytime with radios or TVs turned on.

Abductees often discover that they have unusual and unexplained bruises, marks or puncture wounds when they awake from sleeping. One woman awoke with a broken wrist that was caused when a hybrid pushed her down to punish her during an abduction. Another woman awoke with a broken ankle that she suffered after trying to escape in the woods. There was also another woman who chipped her tooth after kicking a Gray and running into a low hanging wall. It is common for abductees to not even question why they have their unexplained injuries. They just get them fixed and forget it.

There are other mysterious things that occur, which can be very embarrassing and cause serious problems. There have been missing personal objects taken by aliens, which have caused serious problems with accusations and doubts with others in the household. Women have also woken up to find a large amount of hair cut off. This can be very embarrassing and difficult to explain until the hair can be restyled and re-grown.

6.2 Controlling Human Subjects

The Grays and hybrids can control human beings, make them believe anything, and feel anything about others. This is accomplished with a technique known as Mindscan. Mindscan usually occurs during or immediately after the initial physical examination. It occurs when a tall alien places his face very close to that of the abductee and stares intensely at him or her. When Mindscan is performed, almost immediately, the abductee feels emotional and physical effects.

Aliens use the optic nerve to gain entrance into the brain’s neural pathways. By exciting impulses in the optic nerve, the alien is able to travel along the optic neural pathway, through the optic chiasma, into the lateral geniculate body, and then into the primary visual cortex in the back of the brain. From there, he can travel to the secondary visual cortex in the occipital lobes and continue into the parietal and temporal lobes and the hypothalamus. He can stimulate neural pathways, travel to many neural sites, and cause the firing of neutrons at whatever site he wants.

When Mindscan begins, the abductee cannot avert or close their eyes. They are forced to peer into the alien’s eyes. Some see a moving or wiggling structure in the back of the eyes that generates a light. The light-emitting mechanism may engage the optic nerve to enter the neural pathways. Some abductees can feel the alien’s physical attachment to their brain when it happens. It’s like a blue light that cannot be seen. It’s like an energy that goes all around. Others say it is like a knife painfully prying into their brain. Once joined with the person’s neural pathways, the alien has free rain to do what he wants. He can make the abductee think, feel, visualize or do anything that is wanted. The abductee is no longer in control of his own thoughts. The alien turns and twists his head to get the best vantage point into the optic nerve. They hold the abductee’s head so that no movement can be made to disrupt engagement.

The alien can elicit a variety of feelings and make the abductee envision specific scenerios of his own choosing. Mindscan is used to elicit sexual feelings that escalate unabated until the abductee reaches a high sexual plateau or orgasm. Then the alien immediately breaks off the staring procedure and goes between the woman’s legs to begin gynecological procedures. Egg harvesting occurs during orgasm. The aliens need the physiological effects of orgasm such as tumescence, expansion, lubrication, and ovulation to facilitate their procedures. Ovulation must take place on cue for the Breeding Program. The aliens use their advanced knowledge of human physiology to control humans and make sure humans comply with the Breeding program and all other parts of the alien agenda.

Mindscan is also used to enable the alien to reconstitute the abductee’s memories. He can inject new images directly into the visual cortex, bypassing normal retinal observations, and cause people to see things that become part of their memories. He can activate sites within the limbic system and cause strong emotions such as fear, anger, and affection. He can create feelings of sexual arousal and institute a form of amnesia that helps to preserve secrecy. He can also travel down the brain stem into the automatic nervous system in the spine and branch into the parasympathetic nervous system, giving him contact with virtually any organ. Abductees have reported feeling physical sensations in their genitals, bladder, and other areas. The physiological responses necessary for erection and ejaculation in men and affects in women can be artificially generated in this manner.

The aliens are also able to record information obtained from abductees and then transfer it into the hybrid’s minds so that they can learn how humans live and feel. This procedure uses wires to directly transfer information from humans into the minds of hybrids. Without the ability to manipulate the human brain, the aliens would not be able to control the abductees and the Breeding Program would not be feasible.

However, one abductee successfully resisted the mental engagement by shifting her eyes back and forth rapidly while reciting a religious phrase. She resisted threats and pain and did not give in. Eventually, the aliens gave up and said they would continue the procedure next time.

The aliens can be civil, caring, and even kindly. They have prevented the abductee from feeling pain during invasive procedures and have even cured ailments. They can be appreciative and affirm that the abductee is a special person. The Mindscan procedure can also be used to elicit romantic and sexual feelings or feel love and affection for the aliens. When female abductees think of aliens, they often recall a haunting memory of a long lost lover.

Abductees know they have someone out there that they love a lot and just wait for him to come. This was an obsession with one woman and she had no other life with anyone else. She had to be told that she was entitled to lead a normal life with a husband and family and that this was something that was being done to her without her control or consent. Another woman found the man of her dreams and could not get enough of him. She was 38 and he was 75 and bald. She could not understand why she was so attracted to this man.

Abductees are told that they are part of the alien’s family and tell children that the aliens are their real parents. Females feel a sense of loss when their hybrid offspring are taken away and have an emotional interest off planet. For these abductees, the aliens must be benevolent and the Positive interpretation is a natural outcome of these close links and collaboration.

6.3 Sexual Intercourse

Abductees have been forced to have sexual relations with another human onboard UFOs. The Mindscan procedure is used to arouse intense sexual feelings in both people and they are put together and the couple engages in sexual intercourse. Then, just before ejaculation, the two are pulled apart and the man ejaculates into a receptacle. The aliens pay no attention to feelings of guilt, remorse, and humiliation. They focus only on eliciting a normal psychological reaction so that the man will ejaculate.

Aliens routinely collect sperm from men by attaching a collection device. But when this fails, women are used to help cause ejaculation. The aliens do not adhere to the accepted rules of sex between relatives.

Sometimes female abductees report that they become pregnant under impossible conditions of no sex. They carry the baby to term and have a normal, healthy child. One star child was convinced that he entered his mother’s uterus on a beam of light. This may be the result of accidental pre-sperm before the man is removed for sperm collection.

Male and female children, who meet onboard a UFO, continue to see each other during abductions and establish a friendship. They have a long-term adolescent sexual relationship during abductions. The aliens may be conducting a study of the abductee’s relationships, both social and sexual. It is also possible that the two possess certain genetic properties that the aliens want passed on to their children.

6.4 Extrauterine Gestational Units

A significant component of the Breeding Program is the creation and nurturing of hybrid fetuses. Women have been telling researchers about mysterious gynecological procedures during abductions. Some described pressure, as if the aliens were filling the area around their reproductive organs with air, and their lower abdomens distended giving them a bloated and uncomfortable feeling. They said their organs were being moved around or displaced to enlarge and create more space in the uterine cavity or elsewhere in the pelvic area. They feel like being blown up and a burning sensation.

Hysterectomies are common among abductees and have suffered from gynecological problems resulting from the abductions. Doctors have noticed that ovaries were pushed to one side or pressed toward their fallopian tubes. There has been anomalous ovarian scarring from eggs being harvested. Also, unexplained vaginal scarring has been reported. Others have complained of aching, swelling, and general gynecological pain.

Aliens take human sperm and eggs, fertilize them in vitro, add alien genetic material, and then replace the altered hybrid embryo in vitro. This was done to women who were postmenopausal, had undergone tubal ligations, or had their uteri and ovaries removed. When a fetus is removed, it is brought to the mother, who is repulsed by it. There is a feeling of commitment by the women to serve, but they do not like it. Aliens are making women carry babies, even if they do not have a uterus.

The aliens insert an extrauterine gestational unit (a sac capable of incubating a fetus without having to be attached to the uterine lining) in an area near the uterus, behind the bladder, or near an ovary. The introduction of air and bloating feeling with organs being moved around was in preparation of the space into which aliens placed the EGU. These units may help to camouflage the phenomenon. They do not trigger the gonadotropin hormone reaction normally registered on a pregnancy test. The extensive use of women as hosts for hybrid babies has produced, hundreds, thousands, or millions of offspring.

An ultrasound team found an anomaly at the right side of the right ovary of an abductee after an abduction. It was small, but looked organic. The Abductee was not pregnant. She knew this was implanted by the aliens and did not want to remove it or disturb it in any way. A month later, the mass was gone. A 60 year old woman with a hysterectomy and no sexual relations, awoke pregnant in 1992. Some weeks later, she was no longer pregnant.

6.5 Alterations to Abductees

The aliens continue to abduct the progeny of abductees, which indicates that the descendant abductees have certain desirable qualities to the aliens. There is a common belief among abductees that the aliens have physiologically altered them and their children. They feel that something was done to them that facilitate the abduction program and that it will be switched on in the future when the aliens need it. They feel their implants keep them connected with the aliens and that they may govern their behavior in the future.

Abductees also feel that they have been given neural manipulations that increase psychic abilities so that they know what people are thinking. Sometimes these abilities are so intense that they frighten the abductees. Since there are a large number of abductees involved in social and political activities, this suggests that aliens are altering humans to facilitate their agenda.

It is known that people are abducted since infancy because babies have been taken with their mothers. Sometimes the children of abductees feel like they do not belong in their family. Aliens have told pregnant abductees that their normal human fetus has been changed and that the child will know things that they will not be able to explain to other people.

6.6 The Change and the Role of Abductees

The aliens have told abductees that they are here for human salvation after a catastrophe of some kind and that the late-stage hybrids will integrate into human society. Soon, all life will be changed. People will be different. We will all live in peace and harmony. The environment will be healthy and there will be no more war or conflict. Many abductees are being prepared to provide an active role in the future program of integration.

6.6.1 Calming

One of the abductee’s responsibilities will be to calm people. They have been in training for this role. The aliens have them calm other abductees and keep them from crying and being frightened during abductions. The aliens are adept at calming people themselves and do so during every abduction. So, teaching abductees to calm people seems pointless when aliens are present unless it is desired for abductees to do it in the future without their presence.

The aliens have told abductees that, when the time was right, they would act as calming agents between people by making them feel good, communicating knowledge, bridging communications between people, and creating a sense of community, wholeness, and oneness. They are also supposed to communicate how dissimilar things are really similar.

6.6.2 Helping

The aliens sometimes require abductees to help them with tasks such as persuading a reluctant woman to breastfeed a hybrid baby. This was done by an abductee that put a machine underneath the midsection of the woman.

Another abductee was required to help obtain sperm from four men by holding her hands on the men’s genitals while Mindscan was performed. Female abductees have also been required to masterbate men.

During some of these helping procedures, the abductee wears a special uniform. Wearing the garb and helping the aliens can lead abductees to have intense feelings of guilt and shame. It appears that the aliens intend for abductees to be groomed for some future role.

6.6.3 Rescuing

The aliens also seem interested in rescue and evoke the desire in abductees to rescue someone. One abductee observed a town inhabited by hybrids that was threatened by a flood and felt sorrow at the prospect and guilt that she could not save them. Another abductee envisioned himself diving with others to fix a lifeline cable and rescue a colony of aliens at the bottom of the sea.

Another abductee envisioned a scene of devastation where she rescued a baby amid explosions, smoke, rubble, charred bodies, and wounded survivors that reached out to her. Unknown people chased her as she ran to a white light and was finally safe. After that vision, the abductee felt safe with the aliens and glad that she was part of their program. The aliens told her that this was in her future.

6.6.4 Facilitating

Some abductees indicate that they themselves will smooth the way for the Change. They do not know how specifically, but they will know when the time comes. They will have lots of responsibility with the aliens providing guidance. They are to teach people about adapting to their new life. They are being prepared to accept the unacceptable.

Some abductees are to act as traffic directors to help move panicked and distraught crowds of people through the streets to a central location. Non-abductees will be confused and frightened, unlike abductees that will be part of the plan.

Abductees feel infused with mysterious knowledge, which cannot be brought to mind yet and hypnosis rarely works to uncover this knowledge. The knowledge is linked to an implant and will be revealed when the time is right. There will be a lot of unsettling and turmoil in the future, but abductees have been programmed to know what to do and have a safety valve to cope.

Abductees are being required to participate in a theatrical production, which is a combination of envisioning and playacting. They are also required to operate special devices with specialized knowledge of how to operate the equipment. Some are required to view something through the eyes of an alien.

6.7 Alien Secrecy

Dr. Jacobs has also been able to obtain a great deal of information relating to why there is no public disclosure of the alien’s presence on Earth. He has discovered that the aliens do not want us to know about them or their intentions because success of the alien agenda depends upon secrecy. Their goal is concealment and secrecy is extremely important to them. Without secrecy, there would be no abduction phenomenon. If we knew about the abductions, we would know when they came and we would stop them.

The aliens are secret because they do not want us to know what they are doing. That is the bottom line and it is not arguable. They may be doing something wonderful, great, and terrific. But, they still don’t want us to know. That’s why it is secret. Not knowing what is happening to people is their goal. It is in our interest to know what they are doing and it is in their interest for us to not know. They win.

Secrecy benefits the aliens and befuddles humanity. It hides the facts and fuels endless speculation. It also enhances security by causing humanity to question the sanity of abductees, which forces them to keep quiet. People have a wide range of opinions for the secrecy and it is very difficult for them to deal with it. UFO sightings do not compromise security when the aliens are able to dictate the terms upon which we can study them.

When abductees talk about their experiences to others, this causes a greater risk of exposure to aliens and their mission here. This has suddenly become an enormously big deal to the aliens. A few years ago, people were simply told not to talk about it and they were warned that they were endangering future generations. Now they say, “You are not to do that under any circumstances. You are not in compliance. This is not allowed. We will punish you if you do this. This is bad. You must not tell this to anyone ever. If you continue to do this, we will take measures against you.” This is considered as betrayal to the aliens.

The hybrids physically punish people to create fear in people in order to keep them in compliance. One method used on women is to push them down and pick them up by the hair. Hybrids will kick their legs and twist their arms in order to cause a lot of pain without any permanent damage. They threaten to kill them, even though this would be counter productive to their investment. They also threaten to kill their children or rape them, kill their family, and kill the researchers they talk to.

6.7.1 Reasons for Secrecy

The reason for secrecy is to protect the fetus by preventing the abductees from knowing about their pregnancies. In order to prevent women from removing what she feels is not hers, the aliens put a strong block on their memory so that they have no idea that the implant is in them. The aliens bring the fetus to term with their own females, but within the first trimester, it must be removed from the human hosts so that the women do not know it is within them.

The evidence shows that abductions are an inter-generational phenomenon with all children of abductees also being abducted. This means that one of the alien’s goals is the generation of more abductees. The abduction population has increased quickly throughout the generations. To protect the inter-generational nature of the breeding program, it must be kept secret so that abductees will continue to have children.

Another reason for secrecy is to expand the breeding program. Aliens need abductees to mate with non-abductees in order to produce more abductee children. Aliens say that the abduction program is for the good of everybody and that they have to do it. It is very important. If they tell people what it’s all about, they know that their project is ruined. They say their project is to make a better world and a better place.

The alien’s secrecy will only be penetrated when many people fully realize what has been happening to them and understand the implications. After 50 years, the debate continues and the scientific community refuses to study it. If abductees reveal their experiences, they endure societal strictures, ridicule, disbelief, and condescension.

The secrecy is a defensive measure, not against the hostility of violent and frightened humans, but against the hostility of a host population that would object to the widespread program of physiological exploitation. If aliens were to land on the White House lawn, they might not be able to continue their breeding program. The secrecy is not just to keep the existence of aliens secret, but their activities secret as well.

6.7.2 Methods for Protecting Secrecy

The starting point of security is to prevent people from remembering what happened. The aliens also immobilize, render unconscious, or alter perceptions of potential witnesses of the abduction. Abductees are separated from a group with suggestions to take a walk. Aliens also cloud abductee’s memories by injecting confusing and false memories of a vivid dream, animals, an angel, devil, or deceased relative. Abductees float through a closed window, wall, or ceiling and roof up into a UFO. Yet people on the outside rarely see this.

While driving, the abductee’s car stops so they can walk to the UFO on the side of the road. Sometimes, they float directly through the windshield. Typically, the aliens wait until there are no other cars on the road or they compel the abductee to drive down a deserted road and wait for the abduction. Often, the aliens take the car with the abductee.

Researchers have uncovered no reports of posthypnotic procedures that aliens may use to bury an abduction event. It is more likely that memories are stored directly in the long-term memory, which prevents the triggering mechanism that allows for its reconstitution. Hypnosis restores the trigger mechanism. Aliens have said that memories are not erased because there are aspects of them that must be retained for future reference. The secrecy has been enormously successful.

6.7.3 Protecting the Fetus

The alien’s most significant area of vulnerability for secrecy is the implantation of a gestating fetus because successful fetal implantation and extraction is critical to their goals. Virtually all female abductees have been implanted. It is essential to the aliens that the fetus is protected from abortion during this phase. Alien monitoring generally reveals a planned abortion so that the fetus can be removed beforehand.

When EGU units are implanted, they do not change the shape, size, or color of the uterus or provoke the characteristic hormonal reactions of a pregnancy. The abductee has no indication of this and takes no action to end it. Sexually active women are allowed to think they are pregnant naturally and when the fetus is taken, the diagnosis is pseudocyesis, spontaneous abortion, absorption, or secondary amenorrhea.

6.7.4 Protecting Pregnancies

Aliens prevent abortions or the EGU detection and removal by removing the evidence before the abductee can act. By the time abductees undergo the scheduled procedures, the aliens have already removed the fetus.

The aliens monitor the mother’s thoughts, but not continuously. When aliens discover anything new on the body like a bruise, hair color change, or tattoo, they ask what it signifies and how it happened. If they were continuously monitoring, they would know about it. Thoughts of abortion, pregnancy, babies, and implants are monitored selectively that result in action, if there is adequate time. The aliens will go to any extreme to protect a pregnancy and intervene with any thought of abortion.

These thoughts are monitored through implants which are high up in the nasal passage, in the ear, or in a sinus cavity. Abductees with implants suffer from lifelong nasal problems such as bloody noses, sinus congestion, diminished hearing, tinnitus, and ear bleeding. Physicians have noted anomalous scar tissue and holes in abductee’s nasal passage. Implants have also been placed in legs, arms, and necks. One tiny implant was inserted into the brain through the ear with a long needle, which caused great pain. It allows the aliens to know how the abductees see the world, how they interpret things, and how they react as it occurs. They are also able to track where the abductee is at all times. It is all for the children they carry. They may also monitor and affect hormonal levels for lactation, menstruation, ovulation, or pregnancy.

6.8 Religious Intervention

Information obtained through channeling from the “Allies of Humanity” to Marshall Vian Summers has also provided insights into how religion is used by aliens to perpetuate their objectives. The following is information related to that agenda.

Several groups of extraterrestrials wish to establish themselves as Gods or religious leaders. They seek to gain allegiance through religious and spiritual motivations. These entities would like to have religious institutions govern our nations, and they would like all of us to have religious values because this is fundamentally acquiescence and submission. It would be heralded as a great advancement for humanity. This would be a new unification, equanimity, and spirit over instincts.

Religions control our dedication and allegiance more than governments. Religions make us weak and vulnerable to divine guidance. Our spiritual predispositions and ideals are being greatly manipulated. Extraterrestrials seek to convince our religious leaders. They also contact those who are sensitive, receptive, and cooperative. People longing for redemption are the most vulnerable. They say that they will uplift humanity spiritually. The extraterrestrials will offer peace and redemption and the return of our religious leaders. Believers must discern these influences and counteract them. Religions must have integrity in order to serve in a genuine way.

They will try to pacify and reeducate through religious persuasion. They will use our identification with Jesus and his promise to return. Extraterrestrials can project images of religious saints, angels, and leaders.

A second coming is being prepared now. People will assume that this is the return of their savior and teacher. The one claiming to be Jesus will be born and bred for this purpose by extraterrestrials and will look human. He will have greater abilities, seem altruistic, and will perform acts that will engender fear or great reverence. This Jesus will project images of angels, demons, or whatever desired. He will engender followers and encourage alienation or destruction of the non-believers.

There will be a ferocity of religious beliefs expressed in violent ways against those who disagree and against weaker nations in the name of God. The people that are believers will be valued as useful and the others will be discarded. The extraterrestrials don’t care how many humans die as long as they have allegiance by the majority.

A uniform religion of fundamentalism will be established based upon the past, allegiance to authority, and conformity to the institution. Other religions will be allowed only if there is order, allegiance and conformity.

7. ALIEN OBJECTIVES

In the “MATRIX II” document, it states that there appears to be much subtle conditioning that has helped prepare Earth people for certain alien objectives. However, it is now clear the aliens that have made technology available to the secret government are not benevolent but are our enemies, as they do the abductions, lie, deceive, are generally malevolent and are apparently implementing a very carefully planned covert invasion which includes the brutal and inhumane use of humans and animals for advanced genetic experimentation and crossbreeding.

It is a strategy whereby the malevolent aliens are building an 'Faustian' alliance with the secret government to enable them to effectively claim the Earth for their own, with humanity's unwitting consent, before any other aliens are able to effect appropriate contact within the constraints of so called 'Universal Laws' to which other alien races supposedly adhere.

The malevolent aliens have claimed their total authorship of the religions as a means to inculcate humanity's dependence and prospective allegiance to them and reverence of them. Their apparent behavior indicates an attempt to leverage that claimed authorship to their own benefit by placing themselves in the position of being 'Gods' or 'God's divine messengers'.

The ‘Allies of Humanity’ have had this to say about alien objectives: Many other races have lost their freedom and have become apart of a Collective society run by the Grays. Entire worlds have fallen under the control of such Collectives. Freedom is a precious thing in the universe and more than one Collective is competing for advantage here. That places humanity in the middle. There are no neutral parties. Our world is far too valuable. Our resources are unique and of considerable worth.

Earth is beautiful with great biological diversity. It has not been destroyed yet through exploitation and it contains immense biological resources, life-giving resources that are rare and difficult to find. It has a temperate environment, large tracts of habitable land, enormous water resources, and an infrastructure usable by alien technology. The intervention did not happen previously because our technology has only recently developed the infrastructure that others can use for themselves.

Our world contains the resources and an environment that others seek for themselves. However, they need our help to obtain it. They do not seek to destroy us, but to have us become a part of their Collective in service to them. The intervention is not a mystery. It is nature’s expression of intelligent beings in a struggle for survival.

History shows how indigenous people were overcome by foreign powers seeking advantage and wealth, making them vulnerable. Now, we are the indigenous people. Powerful, intervening forces come to establish themselves through subtle means by uniting with humanity for their own authority.

There are important secret depositories here. Earth has been a safe haven for storage of sacred and powerful items for millennia. Some Collectives know this and seek psychic people with intrinsic knowledge of these hidden treasures. If discovered, they would make humanity vulnerable with unwanted attention from powerful forces.

Because there are many different Collectives competing for pre-eminence here, there are many different kinds of craft seen with different races. Our isolation is over and we will never have it again.

Respect for humanity is rare in the universe. Many other races determine our value and worth by what we own and by what we can trade, sell, or surrender. This is the nature of life. Technology does not change this. If you believe that technology is our salvation, then you will be saved for another race that is technologically superior.

The extraterrestrials are not drawn to our spirituality or lifestyle. They believe that we cannot rule ourselves and that we will destroy the world and so they think that it is their right and privilege to intervene. They think that we are like animals. They will bring order and structure here. The extraterrestrials think they are providing a great service and are wholeheartedly persuasive.

They do not believe that we will mount a resistance against them that would be effective and are sure that their secrets and agenda are well preserved. They do not seek to destroy us. But, they will destroy anything that they think will interfere with them. Entire worlds have fallen under the control of such collectives. We are valued only as being useful. If not, we will be discarded.

Intelligent life from other worlds, do not wait for us to be ready. Visitation has occurred without our agreement or permission and the Alien’s presence is growing. We are studied without our permission as a laboratory experiment so that they can take advantage of everything that we are and everything that we have. This is not a military invasion. It is a subtle invasion. It is inducement and persuasion.

The Aliens will offer peace, order, beauty, and tranquility, which is what we all want. They will offer what you want and say what you want to hear. They will promise, offer, and do anything to achieve their goals. The Aliens will use our values, beliefs, rituals, and traditions. They will use religion to gain our trust that they know what is best for us. They may seem to empathize only to gain our allegiance.

The Aliens intend on having us be simple within ourselves. They seek to disable our inner vision and knowledge. The Aliens isolate us from our knowledge within and make us completely dependant so that we will follow orders with no power to resist. Teachings have been introduced that teach human acquiescence, the suspension of critical spiritual abilities and to value only pleasure and comfort.

The Aliens use the hierarchy of human authority to serve them and the infrastructures that we have built. They need governments and religions through which they can control all. The methods employed will be used to encourage, induce, and seduce humanity into a cooperative and subservient role. All competing Collectives will use these methods. The inducements will vary depending upon who is being reached and for what purpose.

Receptive and cooperative government officials will be promised greater power and technology. World domination will be promised either through ideas that are sent into the minds of people or face-to-face meetings. The technology that is offered will not be advanced, unique, secret, or sacred to the Aliens. It will be basic space propulsion, electronic energy, and methods of production. Many will succumb to the offerings of wealth, power, control, domination, and advantage over others.

Cooperative and receptive people with economic power and wealth will be promised more wealth, power, and control in order to gain a strong liaison. Whatever strength and power is given to them will be only a temporary bestowal. Collectives believe deception to be ethical because they think that we will destroy the world without their help and they believe in the superiority of their race.

Religious leaders deemed cooperative and receptive are promised that their organization will become predominant in a New World Order and that their teachings will extend beyond our world. They will be promised pre-eminence in our world and their beliefs will be acknowledged by the Aliens in a deception to gain allegiance when they do not care about religion.

Those considered psychic and sensitive will be encouraged to support the intervention. Their own beliefs in the frailties and sinfulness of humanity will be encouraged along with their hope that the Aliens will rescue us from our own demise and that they are part of a greater association of life. They are told that they are here to uplift humanity, transform us and rescue us. They will be encouraged to become representatives and speakers to inspire others to give their faith and trust to the Aliens. They will pacify others.

They appeal to greedy people’s quest for power, wealth, and spiritual fulfillment so they will operate against their own best interest in the belief that their activities are ordained by a greater power. They will say, “We have no war. Let us teach you how to live in peace, harmony, and equanimity.”

For those who are not receptive and cooperative, their skills will be thwarted and offset. They become the target of mental disruption. For those who will not cooperate, they will be given confusing information and tormented mentally unless they call upon an angelic presence for help. They must resist with an understanding of the intervention.

Zealous representatives of their own religious traditions have a fundamentalism similar to Collectives. Zealous people, filled with anger against the world and those who oppose them, will be prime candidates to espouse a cooperation with Collectives and destruction of all opposed. Blind passion, fueled by anger and hostility, become a consuming force that can be manipulated. Those who oppose the intervention will be identified and sorted out by the zealots on behalf of the Aliens secretly.

The occupation will be fully realized once it has been fully established, yet by then, it will be too late to offset its influences without great struggle and sacrifice. There will be no freedom. We will become nothing but servants bonded to our new masters. We will be enslaved and the power to resist will have much greater costs and consequences.

In order to make the governing powers observing the intervention believe that humanity welcomes it, there is a great effort to secure emissaries and have people in positions of power and leadership advocate for the Alien’s presence and affirm their promise of greater wealth, power, freedom, and peace. This is a deception within and beyond Earth.

Each year, thousands of people are taken and not returned. They are not simply conditioned. They are kept. Some perish in captivity, some do not survive the process of being captured, and some become sick and die. Those that cannot survive are used as biological resources. Everything is used according to its value in the universe.

Biological resources such as blood, plasma, DNA, bone marrow, skin, and body organs can be used for their chemical substances. From these, medicines are made and new life forms are bred. These substances are valuable commodities in the universe because they can be used and altered for a variety of purposes. This is why our animals are taken. The plants, animals, atmosphere, water, and minerals are all resources to be used by the Aliens along with humans as a biological resource.

In their attempt to breed a hybridized person as a new leadership for humanity, they need all of these resources. The most secret and hidden part of the intervention is the selling of our biological parts on the “Black Market” in the universe. The value and demand is significant. Such trade is illegal and considered morally and ethically reprehensible. However, many advancing nations have outstripped their own biology and must trade or barter for our biological parts in order to survive.

The Aliens are here to do business and we are part of that business. Our hands, eyes, reproductive organs, blood, plasma, and biochemistry are all part of their business. To them, we are like intelligent livestock; useful, interesting, and commercially important. They want to use every part of the world and they want to use every part of us. At the outset, they will treat us with difference. They will give us no power or choice. They will only try to convince us of the wisdom of their ways.

If the intervention is successful, the human population will be reduced into an efficient working class. It will be accomplished without outrage and revolution, through the disappearance of people who are considered to be uncooperative or dissenting after they are isolated. They will be taken away and never seen again. While all appears normal, behind the scenes, everything will be changed and managed by a different set of powers.

Based upon a lifetime of research, Dr. Jacobs feels compelled to reveal what the evidence shows him. He believes that the goal is to create hybrids that look more and more human in order to integrate into human society. The problem is that they have the ability to control humans and we don’t have the ability to control them. That means that, if this were to happen as people have been telling him and as the evidence shows, humanity will become second class citizens. There will be people that can tell us what to do and we won’t be able to say no.

7.1 Alien’s Stated Reasons for Intervention

Dr. Jacobs’ research with abductees has uncovered the alien’s stated reasons for their intervention. The aliens continually refer to the future as being better for humans and aliens. They talk about a difficult Change coming, but that it is inevitable.

Everything that has happened with the abduction phenomenon is part of a process leading to a predetermined goal for the future. It has been continuing for the entire twentieth century and, at some time in the near future, it will end and the goal will be achieved.

The aliens have brought to Earth a highly efficient program of human physiological exploitation. The breeding and hybridization program have intruded upon our world and taken control of abductee’s lives.

The aliens have stated that these programs are needed to salvage the future by saving the environment, preventing or at least coping with mass destruction, and presenting the benefits of the Change, which will be the culminating event in their plans for the future.

7.1.1 Saving the Environment

Aliens and hybrids have displayed concern about the environment. There must be a reason for this concern. They say that humans are doing Earth a disservice with pollution and other problems. But, the aliens almost never say or do anything to help the environment. They only lament its desecration.

Abductees are often shown scenes of devastation to cities and wildlife, which make them aware of humanity’s responsibility for the problem and that this should be avoided. Scenes from above of a bomb going off, a crack in the world, and lava flowing out with dead bodies everywhere are also displayed.

Abductees are told that this must not happen, that only they can do something about it, and they must stop it. They are told, “Your good is our good.” Others are told that human actions cause effects beyond themselves. Although humans are considered a hindrance to the planet, no suggested corrective action was given.

Earth is considered by the aliens as one of the most beautiful places in the universe with great opportunity for peace and tranquility. Man is considered to be very short-sighted into their own personal needs and do not see the big picture. The aliens do not invest their time with anyone they do not think will make a difference.

If the aliens are genuinely concerned with the fate of our planet, then it must be because they have some stake in it. Telling abductees that the environment is threatened is useless because they do not remember the conversation. Many abductees are neither environmental nor political activists. Although alien abductions appear to have originated in the 1890s, concern for the Earth appears to be relatively new on the alien’s agenda.

It is possible that the aliens are using these pronouncements to justify their breeding program and lend morality to their activities in order to solicit help from the abductees. Their concern for the environment also paints the aliens as benevolent, which is what many people want them to be.

It is more likely that the aliens are concerned about the environment because they want a clean Earth for themselves. They are not concerned that humans live on a sullied planet, but it may be intolerable to the aliens themselves to have to live on a despoiled planet.

7.1.2 Preventing Destruction

Virtually every abductee has had to watch images of mass destruction such as: tidal waves, floods, earthquakes, atomic bombs exploding, and wars with their aftermath. Devistated cities lie in rubble and dead people are everywhere.

The abductees are led to believe that this is going to happen, that it need not happen, and that humans will cause it. The aliens say they are working for us to avoid this unhappy scenario. They also say that their breeding program is the hope for the future that will lead to peace and contentment. They say they can bring about a happy ending to the horror.

One catastrophic scene ended with happy hybrids strolling in a peaceful setting. Another scene showed everything barren and dead for as far as the eye could see with no people, just dead soil. There were no trees or buildings and then, all of a sudden, there were pretty fields, flowers, and happy hybrids moving slowly and peacefully with children. One abductee was told that, during a future period of human strife, the aliens would intercede and save us from ourselves.

After another scene of the aftermath of an atomic explosion, the grass is growing again, butterflies are flying, and flowers are blooming once again. There are angelic figures all in light and people are smiling again. Everybody is healthy and strong, children are playing, and the animals look content.

There are people coming out of lots of spaceships, people are greeting them, and then they go back to business. Some have been here before. They have been away for a while, but they are now coming home. They are different races wearing luminous clothes of different colors.

The aliens can only stay for short periods of time, but the hybrids stay with the people. Things will be better with new technology. People have learned to get along better. There is more respect for the Earth and all that is living. There is more love and acceptance with the opportunity to realize good potential.

The aliens tell abductees viewing these scenes to not worry, it won’t be so bad, and they just had to test their emotions. They say they will not be causing the changes to take place, but the changes will be needed. They need to make people appreciate the changes, know they will survive, and that they need what the aliens have to offer. Humanity may have an awful time trying to recover, but we should not be afraid because the aliens will make things easier for us.

What will occur will be made clear as time goes by. The aliens say that what they are doing is necessary and imperative. Some of the things may hurt, but they try to take the pain away and remove memories because the memories would give them trouble with other people and the time is not right yet. But eventually, all will be right and everything will become clear.

7.2 After the Change

Abductees have had to watch what they call, “A propaganda film” that shows a hybrid growing to completion while being told that together, they will achieve something. Then they are shown some real wonderful pictures of the way things are supposed to be with aliens and humans happily embracing each other. It elicits a feeling of euphoria. The Grays have a matriarchal/patriarchal way of feeling toward what is occurring. The two species are merging and becoming better to build a better world.

Another media presentation was of a beautiful park scene with people having picnics and playing ball. There is sunshine and everything about this is good. There are flowers, gardens, and families interacting. Abductees are asked to tell which people are humans and which are hybrids and it is impossible to tell the difference. The aliens have achieved their goal of creating hybrids that fit in now in human society and they are proud of that fact.

There is only one way to tell the difference and that is the aura energy field around the hybrids, but unless you can see it, you will never know. There are a few humans that can see the aura around people. Those who can see the energy field and can tell the difference could cause an uprising about it. So, they will be subsequently terminated.

The hybrids are healthier, but there are still things to be perfected yet. They have not perfected everything, but they are close to developing an all-round superior model. This is not just a genetic experiment. There is a political power motivation behind the underlying scheme of things.

In the future, humans will no longer have bonding memories with a family. There will be only one purpose for humans of the future. Aliens will come and the only thing they are interested in is having control over humanity.

7.3 Final Objectives

All evidence suggests that integration into human society is the alien’s ultimate goal. All their efforts and activities are geared toward the complete control of humans on Earth.

There are at least 4 specific programs that the aliens have put into effect to achieve their goal: 1. The abduction program, which takes selected humans and their progeny without detection. 2. The Breeding program, where human sperm and eggs are genetically altered to create a fertilized embryo that is incubated in women and the offspring hybrids develop with mental and physical interaction with abductees. 3. The Hybridization program, where hybrids are continually refined by alterations and breeding with humans over generations while retaining alien characteristics. 4. The Integration program, where abductees are prepared for the integration of hybrids into human society for alien control.

The aliens have suggested that the time is not far off when their programs will end and they will achieve their goal. Many abductees feel that something is going to happen soon. Everything is almost complete, but the aliens still have some things to do. The aliens must remain secret about everything, otherwise it would never work.

The alien agenda has 3 stages: gradual, accelerated, and sudden. The aliens are now in the accelerated stage and that the sudden stage will occur sooner than people think. The indications are that this could occur within five years.

The aliens are primarily concerned with the Earth and not with humanity. They do not comment on the preservation of life, the value of humanity, or human institutions. They say they want to make a better world, but they never talk about a partnership with humans, peaceful coexistence, or equality.

After the Change, there will be only one form of government. The insect-like aliens will be in complete control. There will be no national governments. There will only be one system and one goal. The future for the aliens and hybrids is a future on Earth where they will be integrated with humans. They offer no other possibility. Non-abductees will be kept as a small breeding population in case the hybridization program has unforeseen problems. Non-abductees are considered expendable by the aliens.

The future will be played out primarily with aliens, hybrids, and abductees. Non-abductees will have an inferior role, if any at all. The new order will be insect-like aliens, Grays, abductees, and then non-abductees.

The channeled messages from the ‘Allies of Humanity’ are quite clear. We, as human beings, are being challenged. Our right to be here, to be free and self-determined in the universe is being challenged. Our independence is being lost. We must be quite sober and objective in order to deal with this effectively.

If we fail in opposing the intervention, we will become a part of a collective. Earth will be mined for its resources. People will be corralled to work and rebels will be destroyed. Societies will be subordinated to powers from beyond our world. We would be managed by hybrids that are bred to lead us into a new world order where freedom would no longer exist.

We would suffer under a rule that would be harsh and exacting. Religions and societies may be preserved, but we will loose a great deal. We are facing a vast global occupation. One day, we could wake up and find that we are no longer free people and that we have no recourse.

Every person on Earth will either become a slave to an alien nation or your comrade in a struggle for human freedom and independence. Think about the people who are close to you; your mother, father, aunts, uncles, friends, and children that could become slaves, doing endless, back-breaking work until their dying days for an alien race that neither appreciates our efforts or cares if we live or die.

Now, think about yourself living this way with no home, possessions, or contact with any of your loved ones. What good is it then to hear a child’s laughter when children will soon be laboring like everyone else? This would be the end of times. What would time matter to anyone if there was never any time off to enjoy life? Why would you care what day it is if there are no days off? Every day would be the same as every other day.

The aliens will have all of our property and possessions to do with as they see fit while we are corralled into work camps. We will be forced to provide, process, and deliver all of the Earth’s minerals, fuels, crops, livestock, forests, water, and air. Then, when they have taken everything of value and left our planet barren, we will have our very means of survival stolen from us and we will be left bereft. It has happened before on many other worlds. Do you care that it is happening here now?

8. ALTERNATIVES

Dr. Jacobs has also uncovered insights into how the intervention can be resisted. He has found that the secrecy surrounding the abduction program shows that the aliens have instituted an elaborate effort to conceal their detection. Detection is where they are the most vulnerable. We may still have the opportunity to intervene, however all attempts so far have been ineffective. The use of cameras and other electronic equipment have failed to stop the abductions, although it has sometimes caused the recurrence to decrease.

Recently, abductees have reported a marked increase in frequency. Curtailing abductions does not seem feasible at present. The program’s longevity, the closeness to completion, and society’s disbelief suggests that its denouement will come before the public understands the gravity of the situation. The scientific community has failed to investigate this phenomenon since the 1940s. Unless there is a dramatic, irrefutable, public event, this subject will not be taken seriously.

Those who admit the possibility that the phenomenon exists are not in a position to influence scientific or public opinion. The media has picked up on the subject only as a way to generate revenues. When competent research reveals the phenomenon, the revelation is so fantastic that it is intellectually and emotionally impossible to embrace. Cultural barriers to acceptance of its reality seem insurmountable.

Everything the aliens do is logical, rational, and goal oriented. They are engaging in the systematic and clandestine physiological exploitation, and perhaps alteration, of humans for purposes of passing on their genetic capabilities to progeny who will integrate into human society and control it. Their agenda is self-centered and not human-centered. In the end, there may be some benefit to humanity, but the price for this charity will be relinquishment of our basic freedoms.

The aliens have fooled us. They lulled us into an attitude of disbelief, and hence complacency, of our awareness of their presence. Thus, we have been unable to understand the dimensions of the threat they pose and act to intervene.

We should ask what the consequences will be for future generations of human society. We will not have to wait very long to find out the answer. It has taken more than 50 years to find out why the UFOs are here. But, we now know the alarming dimensions of the alien agenda and their goals.

The ‘Allies of Humanity’ have stated that all is not lost. But, more people are becoming acquiescent and less able to discern every day. People give up control for direction, council, and preservation. Do you wish to give over the authority of your life and have your life completely controlled for a promise of greater technology? There is peace in prisons because everyone is controlled. But, is this really peace or is this simply the restraint of war?

With each passing day, opportunities fade as more people are captured and their awareness is re-cultivated. There are not many aliens here. But, their job is being made easy because of human ignorance and acquiescence. It will be okay until people find out what is really going on.

Humanity should not let any foreign race upon its soil without permission from the population. Obviously, this permission was never asked for and never granted. That is why it is an intervention and not a visitation. We have these rights and we must exercise them. Visitors are welcomed in because they have asked permission to visit and it has been granted. An intervention does not have this permission. It is forced upon us.

The Allies bring important, but serious news. They want to warn us of the gravity of our situation and provide a greater perception and understanding of life in the universe. The Allies come not to incite fear, but to provoke responsibility, engender a greater awareness, and encourage preparation for a life with greater problems and challenges. The Allies do not want to see us loose our freedom and become a client state. They abhor the treatment, reeducation, and pacification of us by malevolent forces.

Once their messages to humanity have been transferred, they must withdraw for their own safety because they have no authority here. If discovered, they would surely perish. Once they depart, there can be no further direct assistance. This information is of the greatest importance. It tells you about the Collectives, how they function, why they are here and what they are doing here. It reveals our importance to other worlds and about the greater spiritual powers that exist.

They have imparted all that is essential for our well-being and survival. The Allies want for humanity to have freedom from intrusion, self-sufficiency, creativity, and life without conflict in order to achieve a higher purpose and respond to a higher calling that the Creator has provided. They work behind the scenes to advocate for freedom and Knowledge in all sentient beings.

This is not a time for ambivalence, complacency, or to project your grievances and distrust upon the world. Because humanity is divided and unaware of life beyond our planet, we are vulnerable. We are without real security. We have no defense against outside influences.

So long as we are free to know, respond, and speak out, we must do so. In order to preserve freedom, we must be prepared to endure a difficult and prolonged transition. To survive, humanity must unite and protect the world from the intervention by extraterrestrial forces. We must establish strength and independence for all mankind. Freedom must be the rallying cry.

We have the power to resist the persuasion for human allegiance. But, we need awareness, discernment, and inner conviction, not technology. This must be given priority. There is still time. It can be stopped. Ignorance, greed, hostility, and naiveté will undermine human strength.

Freedom is a difficult thing to achieve and to maintain. We must be self-sufficient, united, and very discreet. The more self-sufficiency is sustained, the stronger and more independent we will become. The depletion of essential resources causes extreme vulnerability and powerlessness. We must regenerate our resources in order to prevent dependency.

We must unite and oppose the violation of alien craft in our skies, people taken against their will, the harvesting of biological resources, and the manipulation of powerful people. A movement must arise to demonstrate displeasure with our uninvited guests, provide awareness of the situation, and an understanding of what we must do to secure our freedom and well-being.

We must have a strong public voice of resistance or it will appear that the intervention is welcomed. We must shout, “No, this is wrong! We are being visited and manipulated against our will. We do not welcome this. They must leave.” We must have a public outcry, demonstrate displeasure, and oppose the abductions and interbreeding. Resist and it must stop.

But, knowledgeable people will be demoralized, discouraged, made to feel weak, helpless, hopeless, and impotent in the face of beings with enormous power. They will feel like they have no possibility of resisting. This is part of the manipulation. These feelings are not just a lack of self-trust, but are a manipulation of your mental environment. Humanity must realize this and deal with it.

Resist inducement and find insulation and freedom from torment with Knowledge. Counteract a wishful and hopeful view of things, which is susceptible to persuasion and manipulation. We must see with clear and sober eyes without hope and fear. Do not give over your mind, heart, and the world for the promise of peace, power, and equality. We will succumb either due to persuasion or by being discouraged from resisting. So, we must not loose faith.

If we are successful in defending our right to be the pre-eminent race on Earth and to live in freedom, then we will be able to meet and to know our Allies. In the meantime, there is great work to be done and everyone has the possibility to do this work.

If something is not done, humanity will give away the keys to the kingdom freely, openly, and with very few questions. Our choices are limited, but fundamental: acquiesce or stand for freedom. The only thing that is going to save humanity is humanity itself. Humanity has everything it needs to be successful. We do not need advanced technology or alien genetic material. But, we are grossly unprepared for other intelligent life in the universe to the point that the situation has become rather desperate.

We must prepare. Awareness is the first thing. We must all recognize the reality of what we are facing. Humanity could end the intervention tomorrow if it were informed and aware. We must understand about life here and in the Universe, which we need to do objectively. Our lack of comprehension could truly be tragic.

We must become mentally strong and not open our hearts and minds to the aliens here. Resist the intervention through awareness, advocacy, and understanding. Become aware of the visitors, but do not yield. Regain your inner authority. Become a power to be reckoned with regarding any who would trespass or deny your fundamental rights. Become aware of the mental manipulations. Choose who and what is influencing your thinking. Learn to determine with discernment and objectivity what others and the world is telling you.

In addition, there must also be new information and perspective. Only a teaching from beyond our world will prepare us for life from beyond that is here now and seeking to establish itself here. Our challenge is to know who our allies are and who our adversaries are. We must see the difference between the spiritually advanced and the malevolent forces in the universe.

8.1 Exposing the Invasion

Dr. Jacobs has found that the alien’s secrecy is not perfect and it cannot be maintained totally. Witnesses see UFOs and traces have been left behind such as marks on the ground and affects on the environment. Many abductees have conscious memories of their experiences. They are aware of missing time. They have unexplainable scars and other physical clues.

The first vulnerable point is the mechanical device implanted in many abductees. The monitoring system that alerts aliens to attempts to remove the implant only works in a non-emergency situation. On at least 20 occasions, abductees have either sneezed out an implant or discharged it in another way. Potentially, the discharge can compromise secrecy. But, abductees try to explain it away or are compelled to discard the object. A woman that discharged a two-inch plastic-like object vaginally knew that she had to get rid of it immediately.

Aliens are extremely careful to ensure that abductees turn off photographic detection equipment before an abduction. If necessary, they can use a power failure in the house or neighborhood to prevent the detection equipment from working. They do not want to be seen.

8.2 Passive Resistance

Because the Grays have invaded the home planet of the Blonds from Procyon, just as they are attempting to invade Earth, it could be beneficial to heed the words of a Procyonian by the name of Khyla. He has stated:

It is impossible for you to fight the Grays on a military level. Even an alliance between the U.S. and Russia could not do it. Their technology is too far in advance of yours. It would be like bows and arrows versus machine guns. However, this time around, you would be the ones with the bows and arrows. They can use electro-magnetics to axis-switch this planet or take it out of orbit.

Active resistance would be suicidal due to their technological advantage, foolhardy rather than courageous. If you took hostages, so would they. They can get to you, but you can't get to where they come from. Not even their moon base is vulnerable to you. It is necessary to fight in another manner, through passive resistance.

At this stage, one thing you can do is to provide the public with as much information as possible. This will make it more difficult for the collaborators and Grays in disguise within the government to continue to work against humanity in favor of the Grays. Tell the public how to put their minds into a state that the Grays cannot penetrate, by focusing the mind on powerful imagery, different for each individual.

The only way to victory is through the strength of your consciousness. When genetic or other manipulations are being performed on the abductees, the Grays expect them to cringe in fear, and derive a second-hand high from the intensity of the emotions expressed. If instead of cringing in fear, an abductee can put his or her mind elsewhere, focusing attention on dynamic protective imagery of a religious or mystical nature, it decreases the gratification that the Grays are getting from their second-hand high, and it confuses them. Center the consciousness on something so different from what they expect that it puzzles them.

No matter what the physical situation may be, it is essential to send an SOS telepathic message to the higher powers protective of humanity without becoming entangled in negative emotions such as fear, rage or hatred. Negative emotions not only diminish the effectiveness of one's SOS message to the higher powers in the universe, they are the type of response that the Grays are used to evoking and are expert at manipulating.

If you combat the Grays with hatred in your heart, you become like them, and further entangled with them, instead of free from them. A difficulty with the viewpoint of many of the adherents of organized religions is that they tend to perceive the Grays as demons, and therefore to hate them. Although to some extent this analogy is valid, hatred is a form of attachment, a negative emotion they know well how to use to bind you to them.

A more correct perception is that the Grays are a species that is terminally ill, having exhausted their DNA, and are therefore in a state of desperation. That is why they are so ruthless in their genetic and other experimentation. Their physical bodies are degenerating from generation to generation. Their DNA is running out and no longer replicates properly, so they are unable to replenish themselves.

It should be remembered that aggressive behavior or attempts at physical resistance, during an abduction, may result in death. The Grays have no more compunction about taking human life than humans have about taking reptilian life. During the time that one is in their power, one has no more control over what happens physically than does the victim of a human kidnaper or rapist.

Their 'chosen ones' are attempting to sugar-coat the bitter pill and get you all to stand in line to be processed without any effective resistance, like cattle into hamburger, depicting abduction by the Grays as a glorious experience that everyone should have. These 'chosen ones' are the 'bellwethers' that Charles Fort referred to.

Although active resistance to the Grays would not be advisable at the present time, due to their technological advantage, this does not mean that you should surrender. It means that you should focus your attention on the different techniques of passive resistance that may be applicable to the situation, making the fullest possible use of your individuality, which so puzzles and confuses their collective hive mentality. As collective thought patterns enhance the abilities of the Grays to manipulate you, original thinkers acting on their own are more likely to have success than mass movements led by leaders who do everyone else's thinking for them.

In preventing the take-over of your planet, as a colony ruled by Gray overlords, you should go back through your own history and learn what you can from the techniques of passive resistance that have been used to bring about independence. Study what happened in India, with the American Indians and the Blacks in South Africa, the French Resistance during the Nazi occupation, and anywhere else in your historical records where there are lessons of this nature to be learned.

The point of passive resistance is to endure, to survive until the moment when it becomes possible to switch over to active resistance because outside help has come. However, be careful to avoid the mistake of the citizens of Budapest, who rose up believing propaganda assurances that the United States would support their uprising, only to be crushed by Soviet tanks when no such help was forthcoming.

Prematurely triggered active resistance would be a disaster that would enable the Grays to perpetuate their colonization of this planet, exactly the type of situation they would try to bring about. Beware of zealots with an obsessive hatred of the Grays, who may have been subconsciously programmed by the Grays to act as agent provocateurs. If you get all those sincerely devoted to resistance together into one place, it is much easier to wipe them out. If the resistance remains disseminated among the population at large, it is more difficult to round them up.

Don't add to the superiority of the Gray position by playing into their hands. And remember that although their technology is far in advance of yours, you do vastly out-number them, and can over-extend them. They are already over-extended elsewhere and are unable to commit further forces to this area of the universe, so those already here must operate without reinforcements coming to their aid.

You are so far outstripped in terms of physical weaponry that you must find a source of strength that transcends the physical, such as techniques of centering consciousness on powerful motivating imagery, which would be different from one individual to another. For the religiously oriented it might be a key event in the life of Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Moses, or whoever the appropriate figure would be in the tradition one's belief system is centered around.

For those who are not religiously oriented, it would be whatever figure that person sincerely admires as representing what is best in humanity, whether it be an artist or inventor or other type of benevolent leader of society. If the admiration is not wholeheartedly sincere, the intensity of the attention focused on the symbolic image will not be sufficient to be of much use as protection, nor can the attention be maintained for long.

The degree of protection given by such imagery depends largely on the intensity and endurance of the single-pointed attention. So it is best to choose whatever figure you genuinely feel spontaneous admiration for, which makes your heart sing and makes you feel at one with the infinite. That will always work, and is all you can do for now.

The intelligence of terrestrial humanity has now evolved to the point where it has a choice in the matter. By understanding the long-term hive-mind strategy of the Grays, individual humans who attain multi-dimensional awareness, can circumvent and short-circuit it. If enough individual humans do this, and refrain from quarreling over petty differences, and unite together to liberate the planet, the Grays will be obliged to seek elsewhere in the cosmos for a slave species they can genetically manipulate.

At some point help may come from outside, from my own and/or some of the other space races. There may also be revolt within the ranks of the Grays, based on widespread discontent with their rigid insectile hierarchical caste system. In the process of infiltrating a species, the Grays cannot avoid being influenced by that species, and some of them who had never thought of questioning authority are beginning to do so.

There is no reason why one should not send out telepathic appeals for help, in the form of prayer or meditation or whatever way is appropriate to the individual, to the higher forces in the cosmos. They do exist, and are sensitive to such signals. There are extra-terrestrial and other-dimensional cultures, capable of harnessing the innate power of entire galaxies, which could be of immeasurable help in liberating your planet from domination by the Grays, if you could persuade them to intervene.

Your secret weapon, your ace in the whole, is that you are not hive-mind collective thinkers, though many of you fall into that category by conforming to conventional group-patterns, and are therefore easily controlled by the Grays. Collective thought-patterns among humans empower the Grays. It is your individuality which is your best weapon, because it is the one weapon you have that the Grays do not have. The major weakness of the Grays, their area of vulnerability, their Achilles heel, is their inability to think as individuals.

They are an extremely telepathic high-tech society, but as individuals they are not creative thinkers. They take orders well, but they do not conceptualize well. They have the technology to throw your planet out of orbit. But, there is one key ability that you have and they do not have. You have the ability to hold in mind imagery that inspires an individual to realize his or her direct personal connection to the source of all that is, which is the ineffable Godhead, no matter what you may call it. That is your key to victory.

What I want to get across to you is that the ultimate evil, which underlies all the negativity in the cosmos, finds expression in the form of psychological complacency. It leads an individual to adhere to a group philosophy rather than to think things through for oneself.

Those who feel safe and comfortable in a belief system, merely because many others adhere to it, and who get together to form an arrogant, self-righteous group that is convinced that it has a monopoly on the truth, are doomed to fail. Those who are ready to persecute, kill or stifle anyone who challenges that group's philosophy, have formed an alliance with the ultimate evil, whether they know it or not.

As soon as you become involved in a belief system that you are a "chosen" special group, who are as lords over the common folk because of your secret knowledge, you are on your way to a fall. That type of attitude plants the seed of destruction in any society or culture, leaving it vulnerable to overthrow by those oppressed within its boundaries, as well as by outside forces. All cultures that have elite groups at odds with each other, and with the population at large, sooner or later collapse from either internal or external pressures.

A healthy organism does not encapsulate portions of itself off that cease to interchange freely with other portions of its body. This type of condition is a prelude to cancer, whether it occurs in an individual or in a society. The only chance of retaining your freedom is for the awareness of this principle to penetrate the consciousness of humanity. It is a pearl of wisdom treasured by those who have attained the ability to travel through time.

I have seen civilizations rise and fall, begin again only to die again, over and over and over. It isn't only a problem of this planet. It's a problem that must be faced by all civilizations in the course of their development, no matter where they may be located in the cosmos. Everyone wants that slightly larger piece of the pie than their neighbor for themselves, and eventually this tendency always culminates in choking them.

Sooner or later this will be the undoing of the Grays as well, thereby enabling us to return in triumph from our exile in the corridors of time. The Grays do not see and are incapable of understanding their own fundamental error: that the very weakness they seize upon in humanity is their own inherent weakness, the blind spot that inevitably seals their doom.

But, nothing in this cosmos can ever be forced. To try to change the arrogant mentality of a self-righteous government official is as futile as trying to make a rock perform like a plant, unless the individual has matured to the point of being ripe for major change.

Everything happens and unfolds as it should, even when you are confronted with the idiocy that has brought about the potential end of your species, as you know it. 8.3 Active Resistance

In 1981, a physicist by the name of Paul Bennewitz revealed a detailed report, called Project Beta, which he wrote for officials at Kirtland Air Force Base until interests deep within the intelligence community became involved. It was a plan for a military attack on one of the major underground basing installations of the Draconis-Orion-Reticuli forces at Dulce, New Mexico. It may be necessary to re-take the base from the aliens and to set free the human captives that are being held there.

After two years of continuous recorded electronic surveillance and tracking of computer communications and video monitoring with aliens at the base, their true intentions and location was established. It was discovered that the aliens are devious, they employ deception, and that they have no intention of negotiating a peace-making policy or adhering to any prior agreement.

The Grays, having a group oriented mental structure, cannot process policy decisions without consultation with Grays higher in their social hierarchy. The result can be confusion when they are faced with events that they don't expect. They will often cease operations until a decision is made. It seems to be an inherent operational "weakness". The more unexpected the event, the longer it takes. The tall Grays seem to be less prone to the frailties of the system than do the smaller Grays.

Psychologically, the alien morale is down to near disintegration. There is pronounced dissention in the ranks. Communication can encourage this. Inter-echelon and individual trust appears to be totally lacking and suspicion of each other is rampant. They appear to be death-fear oriented.

The alien base is on the West slope of Mt. Archuleta, directly West of the South end of the U.S. base and NW of their main landing area. It has a large alloy dome of thirty-eight feet in diameter with a twenty-foot hole in the top. It is an underground launch egress facility. There is a well-maintained gravel road, with numerous roadblocks, that is over thirty feet wide and extends northward through the U.S. base to launch preparation areas and ships. The total alien basing area of the multi-level facility is approximately three kilometers wide by eight kilometers long.

All aliens and humans in the facility must have implants for telepathic communication, tracking, and control. The Grays exhibit tendencies for bad logic and appear to have many frailties and weaknesses. The aliens are capable of killing with a beam weapon that results in a three to four centimeter purple circle. The aliens conduct cattle mutilations in order to create a formula that is made from human and/or cattle biological material that they feed off of. They are also abducting human females in order to grow hybrid embryos.

The aliens employ beam weapons as their primary means of defense. It is a pulse powered, electro-static weapon with plasma generating voltages and an internal storage device using hydrogen or oxygen. It has an effective range of about two kilometers, in dry weather. The weapon has a limited number of full-power discharges that can be sustained. Slow leakage occurs continuously. Therefore, they must be recharged periodically. If it is raining, the weapon becomes swamped, discharged, and is ineffective.

On the flying disks, the weapon is generally located on the left side or top center. It has a maximum range of two hundred meters and can plow a trench in desert soil. It fires to the front and back equally. If equilibrium is not maintained, the saucer will spin out of control. Hand weapons do not have much velocity or staying power. But at short range, they are equally deadly against aliens and humans. At a range of one meter, beam temperature exceeds 1600 degrees F and can vaporize metal. However, at long range, they are less effective.

All of our air-flight planes, helicopters, and missiles can be brought down instantly without the use of weapons. The aliens simply need to do no more than make one invisible pass and their bow wave or screen from their craft will take any airlift vehicle down. Aircraft equipped with electromagnetic force shields may be effective against this. Advanced infrared scanners may also be used to detect cloaked alien ships before they have a chance to attack.

Alien craft can also use their bow wave against exposed humans on the ground. The partial pressure envelope can hit with the power of a tornado. The shock rise times and G force is instantaneous. However, their craft cannot make physical contact as they are fragile and, under slow flying conditions within our atmosphere, they hold a very tenuous position. Without power, they loose balance and equilibrium.

Most, if not all, of the alien craft, run on a charge. The power source depletes and so dependent upon size, depletion can occur within a week or less. The ships can replenish each other but only up to a charge balance. This is done with antennae-like extensions. They can also replenish from power lines, but only to a point. So, time of flight is limited. Deprived of their base recharge capability, it is indicated that all ships will come down within six months to a year unless they can be transported to a prime launch ship.

Their capability in power survival outlasts their capability in food or formula survival. If they do not get formula/food within a certain period of time, they will weaken and die. They are totally dependant upon a large water supply. Without water, they have no power to service their ships or weapons and no means to create the formula/food to sustain their population. If the water intake points for alien bases can be cut off or re-routed, then the bases will eventually become uninhabitable.

Once the bases are pressed on a large scale, all alien craft will go airborne immediately. Using the terrain as cover, troops on the ground can lie in wait for them, armed with laser, particle-beam, and other advanced weapons. The weapons must penetrate their screens as well as the ground.

Paul Bennewitz has designed a weapon at his Thunder Scientific and Bennewitz Labs facilities. It causes alien craft within its range to discharge their power supplies. To counteract this, they must apply more power, which causes the reserves to be depleted faster. This weapon is able to penetrate their screen, hull alloy, and everything else. It cannot be shielded and the weapon’s beam affects the alien’s implants, causing confusion and a loss of judgment.

For the sake of the humans held captive in the bases, it may be wise to use an underground invasion force to make strategic or surgical attacks on the enemy. A multi-leveled operation utilizing surprise, confusion and intimidation to their fullest potential should be considered.

Once deprived of water, conditions in the alien bases will deteriorate rapidly. Confusion and disorientation will build. At the end of four to five weeks or less, all alien weapons should be totally discharged and power should be out at the bases. Most personnel, if not all, will be totally incapacitated. The feeding formula will be depleted and its critical processing ruined. All alien embryos should be dead and all oxygen and hydrogen consumables depleted.

At that point, standard weapon technology and logistics can come into play and be used for the destruction of facilities and the termination of those who pose a threat. A channel of communications will be used throughout to determine status and to attempt to instigate surrender. If no response results, then they could simply be kept confined and waited out.

Although the overall problem will not be solved with the capture of alien bases, it is a firmly based beginning with a high degree of rated projected success ratio. The alien bases are key to their plans for this planet. Without them, their mission is grossly weakened and badly slowed.

The aliens cannot, under any circumstances, be trusted. They are totally deceptive and have no moral respect for humanity or human life. No negotiation, agreement, or compromise can be settled upon in any way. No agreement will ever be adhered to or respected by the aliens, though they may attempt to convince us otherwise. Absolutely no quarter can be allowed under any circumstances. Once the offensive is instigated, it cannot be abandoned. If it is, reciprocal reprisals will immediately result.

9. CONCLUSIONS

It is easy to become overwhelmed by such information and loose all hope for the future of humanity. It is normal to want to respond emotionally with anger, fear, and acquiescence. This is exactly what the conspirators want. Cool heads must prevail. It is necessary to rise above primitive and primal instincts and respond intellectually with love in your heart for all mankind.

We are not alone in our struggle to be free. Humanity has allies and they can be of immense help, if we will only use our inner knowledge to pay attention to them. They have had to battle the same forces on many other worlds and they know how we can prevail.

We need help to see what is going on beyond our world. Could the Native Americans understand the intricacies and competition between European nations? No. Look at what has happened to the native peoples of the world who have simply acquiesced and said, “Welcome. Move on in. We will live here and you will live over there and everything will be fine”. Look at what happened to them. Is this new scenario really any different? It is very difficult to be the race that is discovered in a new world by those who seek the values, wealth, and opportunities of that world. Such is our predicament.

Humanity is under siege. Our isolation is over. We must realize that we are not alone in the universe and here on this planet. This is the greatest event in human history, the greatest threat to our freedoms and the greatest opportunity for unity and cooperation. This is not a tragedy for us, but a preparation for emerging into a Greater Community in the universe. We will emerge into the Greater Community whether we are prepared or not. It is inevitable.

Intervention has occurred without our agreement or permission. Our fundamental rights are being violated on a vast scale. Many people are taken against their will repeatedly. Do not believe that the abduction of people has some benefit for mankind. Many people have acquiesced and serve as emissaries and intermediaries. Many others serve as resources for the alien genetics program.

This is the most important problem in the world today. This is not a future prospect, but an immediate challenge. If people cannot respond, then the world will be given away. Recklessness brings a heavy price and great misfortune.

If we seek unity, freedom, and self-determination in the universe, then we must establish freedom for everyone and defend it, if necessary, or domination will certainly occur. If we are to be strong and self-determined, than we must be able to think independently and consider things deeply, rather than just accepting whatever we are told.

We must not betray the knowledge within ourselves. We need to strengthen our natural abilities to see, know, and act in harmony in order to offset the alien influences. This is our most important need. Our spirituality must be sound and based upon real experience. People need a greater knowledge, wisdom and spirituality to find their true abilities and know how to use them. It will make us wise and discerning about the other forms of life in the universe. It is essential for survival because it cannot be influenced or manipulated.

Only those strong with Knowledge and wisdom can detect the aliens and protect their minds against their influence. In time, you will perceive into their minds, which they do not want. You become a danger and challenge to them and they will avoid you if they can. Truth is the greatest power in the universe. It is the power to free, to enlighten, and to give strength and confidence to those who need it. With it, we shall overcome.
