According to the rules of revolutionary banking of Rottumerplaat, which you subscribed, we are to refer these information forms to the Ministerie van Ecomonische Zaken. This is what we did. The Ministry took rather long browsing over the details and rightly pointed out to us the following, and I translate from the letter which I received from the Ministry here: "Transfer of an amount to a party in a foreign country is allowed only if the amount is transferred to the same foreign country and to the beneficiary only. Transfer to a foreigner is not allowed if the transfer is made to a third party in a third foreign country.'

This is a bit of a setback. According to the rules we cannot transfer the money to China. The Ministry is rather strict in these matters and we wouldn't want this transfer to be delayed much longer, would we? What it boils down to is that we can only transfer the money to your own personal account in Lagos, Nigeria. Can you please furnish us with the details? If you would require a new information form please let me know, otherwise you may use the blank form that I've already mailed to you.

I have heard of a person who adds up all the millions he is offered by 419 fraudsters. So far, in just a few years time, he amassed US $175,393 billion, well over the annual GPD of Nigeria. However, none of this money is real.

"NIGERIAN IS 100% RICHER THAN YOUR COUNTRY". Now that is correct. But then, any country in the world is richer than the Republieck Rottumerplaat.

You are not who you claim to be. In two months time your name changed from 'Princess Fred' to 'Cherry Wood' and then to 'Princess Musa'. Did I use two different names? You used three. Not very convincing, is it?

Look at your picture again, which I returned to you. The head was clipped from a magazine picture and stuck on another picture. I happen to know it is. That's my job, knowing things.

I was disappointed in your for you action lately, and the insult you gave to my very self. All this your behaviors showed ungratefulness and lack of trust over this transaction. It pains a lot when a man wake up early in the morning to find out that all he has labored for several years has been blown away by the wind and he found himself in a situation that no one understands him. It is a pity that the International community believes that nothing good will ever come out of Nigeria because of the corruption and atrocities caused by then military regimes but God will surely make away for us by using some of you that still reason fine. It is not your fault because you do not understand the real fight; this is a government-to-government politics. Have you asked yourself what happened to the money siphoned by your government, [Now come on. The Rottumerplaat government doesn't do that sort of thing...] even Sadden Hussein, British, Switzerland and other foreign government in conjunction with late Abacha military regimes?

What are we talking about? Payment for the Authority to Remit Form, which gives you the opportunity to act the roll or send money toas you where directed by Dr. Tope Brown. I have assured you that there is no risk involved, if anything should happen which is not likely, it will start from me because I was the person that introduced you into the transaction, gazette your name as the beneficiary and obtain all the payment document on your behalf or do you think I will risk myself? Anyway, I will not plead with you nor force you to continue with me, if you don’t want to take the responsibility of the signing as stated above, to avoid endangering the entire transaction, kindly copy the drafted letter below in your letter headed paper addressed to the Lion Security & Deposit Trust Ltd sign and Fax/Email back to me immediately. It is an Authority from you to change your bank and account number. I want the beneficiary to still remain your name; this is to avoid suspicion from the Security Company as all the approval has been issued in your favor. I promised to compensate you for your time and efforts when the transaction is concluded. With this letter, I will be able to stop the payment and find someone who will assist me fully.
