Welcome to our web site--we are always anxious to say hello to our fellow boaters! Please check out our club information and come see us anytime! Maryland Cruising Club is a small club consisting of 66 memberships with 107 Voting Members. Our home is located at Sparrows Point Country Club on the beautiful Bear Creek off the Patapsco River on the spectacular Chesapeake Bay just outside of Baltimore, Maryland. Maryland Cruising Club was founded in 1954 by a small group of friends whose idea was for a boat club that would cruise together in friendship, fun and safety. This is expressed in the motto which is still with the club today: MEETING AND CRUISING FREQUENTLY IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF SOCIABILITY AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP!
