* Learn about nutrients in foods and their effects

  on the body

* Do Nutrition Function Clues handout

* Learn about food labels

Wednesday

* Break into 5 “Food Groups”

 

* Do WebQuest on planning well balanced meals

Thursday

*Continue WebQuest work with groups

Friday

* Turn in WebQuest project

* Bring assigned foods to class to share a well

   balanced snack!

* Watch a video on the importance of water in your

  diet
