My second trip to Australia was taken during the months of February and March 2002. The galleries below contain photographs taken during the second trip.

Added on 27th May 2002	Snowy Mountains (Part 1) Photographs taken during summer at the Snowy Mountains, which is the highest mountain range in the Australian continent. These mountains are located in the state of New South Wales.
Added on 27th May 2002	Snowy Mountains (Part 2) - Mount Kosciuszko Mount Kosciuszko is the highest mountain in the Australian continent at 2282 metres above sea level. The summit can be reached by a trek which starts at a chairlift station on top of the alpine resort of Thredbo.
Added on 27th June 2002	Snowy Mountains (Part 3) - Mount Kosciuszko Photographs along the journey and at the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, highest mountain in the Australian continent.
Added on 27th June 2002	Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve This beautiful nature reserve is located at the south-western outskirt of Canberra and can be reached by a one hour drive from the city area. There is a lot of wildlife in the nature reserve, including many species of birds and native Australian animals.
Added on 4th Aug 2002	Canberra Canberra is the capital city of Australia and it is located somewhere in-between the cities of Sydney and Melbourne. Canberra is a well organized city with many parks scattered throughout, and Lake Burley Griffins is located in the middle of the city.

I took a lot of photographs during my first trip to Australia in 1996. The galleries below contain photographs taken from the various Australian States. I have excluded photographs of big cities e.g. Sydney as you would have seen them somewhere by now.

Added on 27th Sep 1998	Queensland (Part 1) Queensland is known as the Sunshine State due to it's nice and sunny weather. Nice place with sub tropical rainforest, great beaches, lots of islands and not forgetting the Great Barrier Reef.
Added on 27th Sep 1998	Queensland (Part 2) This state has more than 2800 km of coastline. The major crop production is sugarcane and the capital of Queensland is the city of Brisbane.
Added on 13th Oct 1998	New South Wales (Part 1) The state of New South Wales consists of many interesting places and national parks. It is also the state that houses Sydney, the largest city in Australia and venue for the 2000 Olympics.
Added on 13th Oct 1998	New South Wales (Part 2) This gallery is dedicated to the beautiful Blue Mountains and the world famous "Three Sisters" structure. The Blue Mountains can be reached easily from Sydney.
Added on 2nd Nov 1998	Victoria (Part 1) The state of Victoria has a contrasting landscape of snow capped mountains during winter, mining towns and spectacular coastal areas, especially the famous Great Ocean Road, which the photographs will be shown in this gallery.
Added on 2nd Nov 1998	Victoria (Part 2) More photographs of the state of Victoria, which has an abundance of fertile farmland, sub-tropical rainforests which contribute to the beautiful scenary of this small state.
