Sungei Buloh Nature Park (Part 2) Photographs taken during a trip to Sungei Buloh Nature Park on 20 Jan 2002. It was a very nice trip as there were many birds, the weather was good and the tide was low during the morning. Part 1 (taken during 1998) is available at the Singapore Gallery.

Trek from MacRitchie Reservoir to
Bukit Timah Hill
The trek from MacRitchie Reservoir in the central catchment area of Singapore to the top of Bukit Timah Hill (highest point in Singapore) takes about 3 hours and is one of the classical treks to appreciate the tropical scenery of Singapore. |

Tiong Bahru Housing Estate
Tiong Bahru estate is one of the oldest housing estates in Singapore and was built during the 1960s. It is located near the Tiong Bahru MRT station and is an interesting place to visit to experience Singapore in the older days. |

Straits of Johor Boat Ride I went on a boat ride along the Straits of Johor on 22nd Dec 2002 and it was a very enjoyable experience. The journey started at the Raffles Marina at the Tuas area and it went all the way to the Sarimbun area at north-west Singapore. There was also an opportunity to visit the kelong (fish farm). |

Old Airport Road (Kallang Airport)
Housing Estate Old Airport Road Housing Estate, like Tiong Bahru Housing Estate, is one of the oldest housing estates in Singapore. It is located in the south eastern side of Singapore near to the former Kallang Airport, which is how it got it's name. |

Lim Chu Kang Farming Area Lim Chu Kang is located in the north-western part of Singapore and it is one of the last major farming areas on the island. Farms include vegetable farms, tropical ornamental fish farms, quill farm, goat milk farm etc. |

Bukit Mandai (Part 3) I went back to Bukit Mandai during April 2003 and took more photographs of another section of this wild and wonderful place in Singapore. One of the island's best kept secrets, this place contains a lot of wild flora and fauna. |
