You must help work to change the laws, it shouldn't be legal to hurt anyone or anything. Write to your Representatives and make them aware that you are tired of allowing crimes of cruelty to go unpunished! If enough of us work together, maybe the whole world could be Meow City!!  Spaying & neutering of pets keep them healthy and strong. It controls animal overpopulation and protects wildlife from feral animals. Remember...the world is for all of us...share the responsibility!
