John Archibald Primrose, shop waiter and porter, born 1809 at Edinburgh, Scotland, died 1879 and came to Victoria 1841 on 'The India' with his wife Isabella Robertson. She was a housewife, born 1807 at Edinburgh Scotland and died 1873 in Victoria.

Another Researcher discovered that Amelia Primrose was born 1831 in Edinburgh, Scotland, came to Port Phillip, Victoria Australia on the Grindlay in 1841, and died at Newtown 1915.
