Have you seen my Kitty?
She would never run away.
She knows how much I love her.
So she would never stray.

I saw her just this morning,
She was playing right here with me.
I feed her then brushed her fur,
Which made her cute as she could be.

I looked for her everywhere,
In the yard and all through the house.
Mommy went out searching in the barn
Thinking maybe she had chased a mouse.

I even called everyone to ask them
If they had seen kitty, on our telephone.
I then had to shed a little tear or two
Believing my kitty might be gone.

I went up to my bedroom to cry,
And behind the closet door came a sound.
I heard a little scratching noise,
I opened the door, there kitty I found.
