My Special Angel
I have a "Special Angel,"
Sent to me from Heaven above.
I know he is a masterpiece,
God created for me to love.
He is only six years old,
With big, bright blue eyes,
And a little devilish grin,
That fills my heart with pride.
His name is William,
And he is my Grandson, you see,
I must tell you just how much
He really means to me.
The most wonderful thing, to me
In this world is to have him give
Me one of his big hugs as he says,
"Grandma, I Love You!!"
He is so smart, with intelligence,
Way beyond his years, and in school
His teacher says he is a leader,
Who reads to the class, for them to hear.
Thank you God for William,
And his never ending love,
Thank you God for "My Special Angel,"
You sent me from Heaven above.
