There were various search engines used including Google, Yahoo, Dogpile and Alta Vista.  The Aquinas databases were also utilized without much information provided.  Also, for professional associations, there was not much information provided.  Most information was provided by General Electric news and magazine and newspapers articles.

It is easy to conclude that there are a million items to search using commercial, educational, academic and organizational sites.  After utilizing the search tutorial and the first web search on “leadership”, I learned how to narrow my search on Jack Welch from the original broad search, and found more specific results.  I would reference back to the search tutorial when having trouble narrowing the search.  This helped me find more accurate information for the presentation.  The web-site results cited are only a very small portion from all the results.
