Welcome To Our 2006 Pontiac G6 Page!

G6 This is our 2006 Pontiac G6 and it seems very reliable. I recommend one for anyone looking for a sporty sedan to drive. Our model has the 2.4L four cylinder engine which provides plenty of power with average gas mileage.

This is the replacement for our Pontiac Montana and I hope it's much more reliable than the van was. The van which we owned for maybe a little over 2 1/2 years visited the service department 41 times for various problems involving the brakes, guages, weatherstripping and tires. I would not be surprised if I see various recalls issued by GM for some or all of these parts. When a vehicle is as homesick for the service department as ours was, it's best to leave it there. My guess is that there was and still is an electrical problem with that vehicle.

We had a bug deflector added and some handy things added to the windows so you can open them a bit while it's raining without letting the rain in. Here's hoping we have it for many years and kilometers down the road.

Although you can't see by the pictures, I really have sealed the driveway. One of our previous vehicles, specifically the Plymouth Neon, left lots of oil on the driveway so there was no point in trying to make the driveway look nice when we had that car. The pictures are the before pictures of the driveway.

G6 Compared to our 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, this one's 3 years newer and naturally more expensive. It will most likely be the vehicle of choice for long drives.
