Paramount's Kings Island
Paramount's Kings Island is a great park for thrill seekers and families. Sorry about the little amount of pictures but while I was there by the time it was nearing time to leave I noticed I didn't have many pictures.
This is a picture of the very impressive Eiffel Tower recreation that's there.
This is my favorite picture I took from the Eiffel Tower. It has 3 of the 13 coasters at Kings Island: Son of Beast, King Kobra, and Top Gun.
This picture shows the complete 7,032 feet and the 214 foot drop of Son of Beast and to the far right you can see the building the the Flight of Fear coaster is in. Yes, that small building holds the main track part of a 4 inversion coaster.
This picture shows the first six looping coaster the Vortex. To the right is the Racer which you can ride forwards or backwards. Also hidden behind the Vortex and the trees is the Beast. The Beast is the greatest wooden coaster (in my opinion), and is also the world's longest wooden coaster with 7,400 feet of track which barely surpasses it's son.
This one shows the Face Off which is a Vekoma Boomerang. Beside it is Amazon Falls, which is a shoot the chute ride.
This is Vortex's boomerang which contains the 5th and 6th inversions on the ride. Vortex is 148 feet tall and was built by Arrow Dynamics in 1987.
On this you can clearly see the two vertical loops and the double corkscrew on Vortex.
This is a view of the Vortex from the exit of the 7th Portal ride.
This is the Drop Zone. Behind it is the Xtreme Sky flyer.
King Kobra was built in 1984 by Togo International, is 92 feet tall and 2,210 feet long . It is North America's first Stand up looping coaster. It is a little painful, but it is still a great ride.
This is the King Kobra's helix which is right after the loop.
Here's another view of the King Kobra going through the loop.
