From "el Presidente" Miguel Angel Ibarra

Hello DeBakers and Model UN delegates, let me introduce myself. My name is Miguel Ángel Ibarra Gómez but you are to call me "Master of Masters". I am the Secretary General of the Model United Nations Club of DeBakey (MUNC). I have been with the MUNC for three years and have won best delegation in 2004 for Cuba. I am the second Secretary General in the history of MUNC, and this year I plan to take over the world!
