1. All adoptions should be placed on a page specifically for adoptions. A link to my website is required on the page or there must be some sort of indication on the page of where my link is. (e.g I got this doll from Mimi's Fashion Dolls and More. You can find the link to her site on my links page.) Angy-Chan has a tutorial on how to adopt.
2. If I say something is not up for adoption please do not adopt it!
3. A link is required if you use a base and/or adopt a doll and/or adopt a pixel art. Do not direct link! I don't pay for this website but it annoys me. Link me back to http://www.oocities.org/mimi_fashion_dolls . You can choose a banner on my link page or you can use a text link. 4. Do not Franken-doll! This means that you musn't take parts of my dolls and make your own. This also means editing parts or all of my dolls and then making your dolls is also not allowed! And also never erase the copy right on my dolls.
5. Do not Franken-base (Lol I made that word up) This means that you musn't take parts of my base and make your own. This also means editing parts or all of my bases and making your own is not allowed! You may how-ever edit and flip my bases as much as you want, you can also erase my copyright, that is just there for me to remember that I made it, but you are not to provide the base on its own on your website, nor are you to claim you made it. A link back is still required. (See rule 3. )
6. Do not ever say that you made one of my bases and/or dolls and/or pixel art and or layout etc.! I can provide proof that I made all these and I will take action when I find you!
7. If I see you have broken a rule on your website I will contact you asking for you to fix it. I will give a specific amount of time to fix the problem before I take action.
8. You can use my bases to make base-edit contests and/or dolls. If you want to do a base edit there must be a link on the contest page, you can show up to four bases and/or poses of a base, no more than four images though! You can also make a doll with one of my bases and then make that doll part of your layout and/or banner and/or siggy etc. as long as you link back some where. (See rule 3.) If you do want to make a base edit please send me an e-mail or tag my tag-board telling me you are just so I know. I may even enter if I am allowed to enter a base edit with my base :D !
9. You can use more than one base and/or base pose in an image. You could make a familly for example.
10. You must never ever take a part or all of my layout and make your own layout and/or siggy and/or tables etc. with it. You must also never take part of a doll or pixel art and make your own layout and/or siggy with it. Remember that you can make a doll with my base then use it to your advantage but no using it by itself on a banner to make people think that you provide bases that look like that! Thats mean.
11. If you really want a layout don't take mine! Go here or to other layout sites and find one you like.
12. Don't provide my bases on your site. Link back or no link back the only providing I will allow is if you are doing a base edit competition.
13. Please do not ask me how to make dolls. There are heaps of tutorials. I am making some myself. You can find a lot of tutorials and tutorial links at Xandorra's.
14. Please do not use my work on doll makers. And please don't make a doll maker with one of my bases.
15. Please do not be all tricky-dicky with my rules. Although something may say something other than its meaning tecnically you know what I mean by these rules.
16. Please follow my rules.
