In over 30 years of Ministry experience, God has used Ramona Bethany to equip the Church for effective ministry. While on the Pastoral Staff of First Church of God, ToledoOH, she served in several capacities including Associate Pastor of Small Group Ministries, Congregational Cell Pastor, Worship Leader, Ministry Coordinator, HELP and AIM Coordinator, Program Director of the Quality of Life Ministry and the Four Corners After School Program, Bible Study and Sunday School Teacher. |

She has served the Body of Christ as the Administrator for the National Association of the Church of God in West Middlesex. PA coordinating ministry to over 450 churches and national auxiliaries internationally. |

|
An experienced workshop leader, Ramona has traveled across the country sharing on a variety of subjects including Leadership Development, Spiritual Gifts, Christian Counseling, Team-Building, and Diversity Training, |
|
|
She was instrumental in the establishment of the Toledo Campus of Vision Christian Bible College and served as Dean of Academic Affairs for three years. She has taught at the National Association of the Church of God Inservice Training Institute at AndersonUniversity and has served as Adjunct Faculty for HeidelbergCollege and the University of Toledo. |

In addition to being a licensed and ordained minister, she is a licensed Professional Counselor and licensed Registered Nurse. She holds several degrees from the University of Toledo including a nursing degree, Bachelors in Education-majoring in Public Affairs and Community Services, and a Masters in Education, majoring in Community Counseling. She is also a PhD Candidate and has completed special training in Marriage and Family Therapy in Rome, Italy. |
