Two people came together two years ago and became solid friends.  We developed this site together out of our love of poetry, love for each other, and love for others.  Our goal is to provide others a safe and peaceful place to escape.  Wishes and I share a deep passion for love and life.  Wishes does most of the writing while I set up the sites.  I am rather new at websites.  To share with you who I am:  I have worked for the transportation industry for 32 years.  I started when I was 5.  (only kidding)  I have had a blessed life having had my downs as everyone does.  I have come near to death a couple of times and if anything will get your attention, that will.  I have more of an appreciation of all that is around me.  My favorite quote is "The best things in life are not things" which is from Galations 5:22.  I love the smell of the fresh earth, rain on any day, newly cut grass, puppy breath, the sound of a heartbeat-any heartbeat, water beating against the shore, and the quiet of snow falling in the mountains.  Most of all I love the laughter of children because it is so heartfelt.  To laugh like a child is indeed a true gift.  I hope you enjoy our site and come to visit often.  I love to hear from you.
