My Austin Peay State University Friends! |
This is Josh Norman (to the left). I've known him since Spring of 1999 and I have to tell you that it's been a unique experience. Between all of my emotional baggage and all of his...well...let's just say life is never dull! Joshers helps me relax, which is not an easy task. He also gets me to cultivate my love of nature. He's the kind of friend everyone needs...the guy who watches anime, helps you with your calculus homework, gives you a foot rub, takes you for a ride in the country when you need a break, stands on his head just for the fun of it, and can quote the Bible for you. He's a genuine friend and I'm lucky to have him. =) |
This is Ryan Brooks (to the right). He's my husband's younger brother. I've known him since 1999 and love him dearly. He's a very caring person. If someone in our group is hurting, you can bet that Ryan is there trying to help. He's the kind of guy who will go out of his way to remind you that your favorite movie/sporting event/sitcom is on TV. He'll even tape it for you if you can't watch it. And if you ever want to know anything that's going on in the NFL, just ask Ryan. GO TITANS!!! Oh yeah, and he's a HUGE soccer fanatic. He has played soccer since he was he was about six years old. Now he's coaching soccer in his free time. As I said, soccer is definitely Ryan's favorite sport. Here, Ryan, here's your soccer mention!!! =) |
This is Jennifer Chandler (below). She's a great friend that I met in 2000. We are similar in many aspects of life, which continually amazes me (and her, too). It seems that we were on the same wavelength before we even met. =) |
This is Michael Zellhofer (above, with my bridesmaid, Darla). He's my light-hearted friend. Leave it to Mike to make you laugh. If he knows you're down, he'll do anything he can to lift you back up. He's such a caring person and his capacity for love is often surprising. =) |
This is me with my friend Kerri's son, Samuel. He's so cute, isn't he? This picture was taken the summer of 2002, right before I moved to California. |
This picture was also taken the summer of 2002, right before I moved to CA. In the picture, Kerri is on the left, her son Samuel, Becca, and Angel. These women were my close friends in the Education department at APSU. I miss them dearly. |
