I have stored all I have seen in my heart, scribbles that turns into reality. I live far away from most of my loved one's, hearing about their loneliness. This is what I have seen and know, as I make my way to work. Stopping at a convience store for a cup of coffee I see more sadness. Men covered with dirt from the hard work, seems they are in a daze. Eating what the grabbed as fast as they can, in fear of being late back to work. There is no eye contact with anyone, what are they thinking...I wonder? Will I make enough pay to feed my family, hope I will not lose my job, I often wonder what goes through my' own son's mind. Is he fearing the same thing at a lunch break or after the day ends. I finally make it myself through another long hard day at work. My mind with my family, with those I see in such need, how sad it is. Only wish I had the power to turn things around for all those feelings. Who does this all belong to, guess it could be the most of us, unfortunate one's. ~What A World We Live In~ |
