EVICTIONS (if needed)
-three-day notices are served between the 8th & 10th of each month

-documents are prepared and faxed to attorney to start eviction process between 15th and 20th of the month
-we go to court on owners behalf.
- We attempt to show the potential tenant the property on the same day we are initially contacted.


Our Fees
Monthly management fee:

$75 single family,
$125 for duplex,
$150 tri-plex,
$200 four-plex,
