OK, where should I start?

I wrote an "adware" - a software that in its basic form is not worth paying money for, yet useful enough not to give out for free. So to annoy users (or perhaps to force then to pay for future shareware version) I've made it serve advertisement.

So far so good, err, there was a problem, where would I get advertisement to annoy users with? Also, at the back of my brain I had an idea that serving advertisement could be used to advertise the software itself - The use of the software by one would lead to the advertisement of the software and this advertisement perhaps could reach another potential user and thus lead to use of the software by that new user and so on... and on... and on... - kinda like a virus.

Unlike the virus though, there is "a perhaps" - would the advertisement reach potential user? Another interesting question is how many users would it take to make the software self-sufficient (self-advertising)?
