Lecture Note
Environmental Engineering Design:
Water Supply System
Acknowledgement

This lecturenote is intended to introduce student of Civil Engineering Department on Environmental Engineering Design in respect to Water Supply System. Many textbooks on environmental engineering or water supply system have been published. None of these books, however, present just basic knowledge covering general matters relevant to under graduate student in Civil Engineering who will develop them selves for further detailed studies or attend to graduate program at Department of Environmental Engineering.

The book of Principle of Water Quality Control from THY Tebbut (1983) has been cited as the main source of this lecturenote because of its simplicity in representing related materials in environmental engineering or water supply system. Other source of literatures have been consulted as an additional reference and bibliography, for example,

1. CC. Lee and Shun Dar Lin (2000), Handbook of Environmental Engineering Calculations,
    McGraw-Hill:  New York
2.  L.W. Mays (2000), ed., Water Distribution System Handbook, McGraw-Hill: New York
