Progress, slow, but progress non-the-less...This time it's in the engine compartment.  The shock towers had some fairly significant rot holes.  The passengers' side was worse than the drivers' side, but, of course, I didn't get any of the "before" images today.  I'll have to go back through my other images to see if I have any...

Again, no "pre" shot of the rear window tray but all of the shiny spots were holes.  Since this panel is not available, I MIG welded all of the holes.  This was not as bad as I thought actually.  The entire panel took about an hour and a half to become one again. 
Ah yes, the engine compartment...yeah...I think the pictures speak for themselves.  I use small patch pieces from the door of ???? where I could, everywhere else is just more MIG Magic...The image on the Left is the driver's side after a couple of small spots.  The image on the Right is what the Passengers' side looks like after four small filler pieces and some more MIG Magic...
These are from before the quarter panels were welded back on, but I realized that I didn't include these anywhere else, so....
