The Silent Movie Theatre in Hollywood, California, has finally reopened after the tragic murder in 1997 of the former proprietor, Lawrence Austin. The Silent Movie Theatre is the ONLY silent movie theatre in the USA. and has either live or piano accompaniment with each feature. Please click here to visit their site for more info. The theatre is located on 611 North Fairfax Ave, in Hollywood, California...Just south of Melrose Ave, and just north of Canter's Delicatessen.
