Hi, I'm , *Sunnye*....Kate was my sister..
Come on in ....and together lets share some memories of Kate and the love of her life, George, and her children and grandchildren.. and now there are even great grands..*S*
This page was meant as a gift for her..but now it becomes a gift for posterity.....:) because it will be a page full of memories of a *feisty* lady...plain spoken..yet inside her beat a heart full of love.
Mary Kate Tims began her trip thru Life May 9, 1917 and she walked into Eternity January 21, 2001. Her parents were Vera Tommy Young Tims and James Wesley Tims. We shared the same Dad, although Mary Kate said "tho we have the same Dad, they were two different men, My daddy was hot headed and yours was more mature and easy going" because I was born 28 years after my sister. :)
Mary Kate, as I called her, did not fit any mold. A fantastic lady that was full of fun..that saw humor in the STRANGEST things.....was a modern *With it* person....and yet was a person that held deep emotions inside...she cried when touched by music..as our Dad did..and as I do... The Songs that I have used on her pages are a peek into her heart...for each of them had a special meaning to her....
Come with me now...on a Sentimental Journey..."Gonna take a sentimental journey, gonna set my heart at ease"....Kate.....I still miss you so much .....
Late Breaking News: Kate's oldest grandson, David Barton Burgoon will be marrying Oct 1, 2004. His bride is Amy. Kate would be so proud for him and welcome the new Ms Amy Burgoon. Congratulations David and Amy!
