Sorry to the Netscape crowd, this will not look
as nice for them, especially the transparenet gifs. And older browser
viewers might not enjoy the fun of rollovers or my javascript labels
for the buttons. But I've decided to try and optimize the look for
the IE crowd (even though I use Netscape 4 myself), as they are
the larger audience.
