A car will be needed to arrive at Camp Mokuleia from the Airport. There is Plenty of Parking at the Camp, but to cut down on cost, you may want to carpool.
If the following conditions pertain to you:
i. You are planning to rent a car, and have one or more empty spaces to bring an extra person.
ii. You would like to split rental prices by going in on a rental car with one or more other people.
iii. You cannot afford to rent a car, and need a ride.
