What She Saw
The most striking things she saw, she felt like so many didn't, So many things that were called average. She liked to notice the sky, And Flowers, And Animals. She liked the thrill of the moment. She liked how the water sparkles at the top from the light above, And how different lighting from the sky creates a different affect on the ground. At night, She would watch the sky and the stars, it was something that she was in awe over, Again and Again, And when she saw an animal, she saw the spark of life and innocence in his eyes, And when she would watch the rain, it didn't just look beautiful, If felt that way, She liked paintings and art, Because it often captured what she saw. She knew of things in a deeper way, It was something that grew over time, She was a woman, Not a child, And she would wish that people would understand all that she saw. ©2004 Molly Nicole Perfect Love Kiku and Rolf, A rabbit and a guinea pig, It doesn't matter to them what they are, even if you could tell them, All they see is the soul of each other, And that is the base of their love, It works both ways in a union, He finds protection in love, She finds love in protecting, They don't care who is smarter than the other, 'Cause they live by feelings and senses, They think with their heart and not their head, Which they know is wiser, Their love is so innocent, that I can see that sincerity in their eyes, It's not something that is thought out, It just knows, And that is all they need to know to get through life. ©2004 Molly Nicole |
