All registrations are permanent. We request that you update height and mature photos after the age of 3or 4, but the registration number assigned is a permanent number.
You must be a member of ADMS (includes your subscription to the BRAYER magazine) in order to REGISTER a donkey. You do not need to be a member in order to transfer. MEmbership is $20.00 per year ($27 Canada, $30.00 overseas) and runs Jan-Dec. Please note on your check or in your letter than you are JOINING at the same time you are registering.
Fees for registering a Donkey Jack or Jennet - $15.00 Donkey gelding $5.00 (free in the month of Oct). Mules $10.00. Zebra Hybrids $10.00 Zebra Bloodstock $5.00.
2 photos (one of each side, full side views clearly showing the entire animal and shoulder stripe) must be included with each registration.
If an important part of your registration is incomplete or missing, your application may be held in the PENDING file. You will be notified by mail. Please be sure to send missing items ASAP after you are notified in order to complete your registration.
If you have not recieved your completed registrations in approximately 4-5 weeks, please contact the ADMS office. We appreciate if you check to see if your payment has cleared your bank, and what date materials were sent.
