1999 Victories: June 6th MBNA Platinum 400 at Dover, June 20th Pocono 500 at Pocono, July 25th Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono, August 22 Pepsi 400 at Michigan, November 21st Napa 500 at Atlanta.

July 25, 1999: Bobby becomes the first driver to win both races at Pocono since Tim Richmond in 1986. Only 4 drivers have accomplished this: Bobby Allison-1982, Bill Elliott-1985, Tim Richmond-1986, and Bobby Labonte-1999

2000 Victories: February 27th Dura-Lube 400 at Rockingham, August 5 Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis, September 3 Pepsi Southern 500 at Darlington, October 8 UAW-GM Quality 500 at Lowe's.

November 12, 2000: Bobby clinches the Winston Cup title. He is the first Pontiac driver in 11 years to win the title. He is the only driver to have a title in the Winston Cup and the Busch series. He and Terry are the first brothers in Nascar history to both have a Winston Cup Title.

2001 Victories: July 29th Pennsylvania 500 at Pocono Raceway, November 18th NAPA 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

1998-Joe Gibbs buys team from Bobby and hires Tony Stewart as the driver. Bobby will drive 8 races while Tony fulfills his contract obligations with the IRL. Tony will team up with Bobby in the 1999 WC season.
1999-Bobby, Terry, and Terry's son Justin will be sharing driving duties in the #44 Slim Jim Chevy. Bobby will also be driving the #18 MBNA Pontiac.
Bobby broke his shoulder during Busch practice at Darlington.
Bobby has withdrawn from all 1999 Busch races. He feels it's too much of a risk to his chances of winning the Winston Cup championship.
