2000 Trans Am Photos |
This page is dedicated to MY toy, a 2000 Trans Am with the WS6 Performance and Handling Package. It is more affectionately known as the Ram Air package. I have changed the format to match the newer pages in my website - no links to get to the large photos. I did this to lower bandwidth. I hope you enjoy the pictures! |
This photo was taken at the parking lot of Seven Points Marina on Lake Raystown. It is near Huntingdon, PA |
This is at my father-in-law's house. That is Dave's '94 Grand Prix behind the Trans Am. I guess you can tell that we like red! |
This is the day she came off of the GM Delivery Truck. Yes, that is snow! Welcome to Pennsylvania in January... |
The LS1 Powerplant, with the Ram Air Induction box. I am glad most components are 100,000 mile! I cannot image changing the back four plugs in this beast! Take the time to compare this to the 1979 Trans Am engine compartment before you leave! |
A view of the cockpit from outside of the open T-Top. I found that this gave the best view. |
A close-up of the vanity plate. I learned my lesson and took this picture outdoors and in daylight, so the flash did not ruin the picture!. |
The rear-end view. What most other drivers see ;-) The vanity plate is on now - 320HP TA. Go figure. |
A rear view from the same day. Note the temporary sticker and the the non-vanity plate! |
A top view of the Trans Am and the 1987 Firebird. This was taken from our front porch. Unfortunately the day was overcast. |
Getting ready for the first drive. I did not take delivery for several more weeks - I needed a day with dry roads for the trip home, and that does not happen very often in Pennsylvania in the winter. |
