Thou I've been trashing the movie until I saw it, and the extreme disapointment I had with the amount of entertaining Die Another Day stunts (there were none) I gladly give them to this movie.

Maybe not the best story, this was very entertaining. Sure it was probably the most graphicly violent movie I've ever seen. The entertaining cast and great action and based on a true character and the "gangs of New York" i.e the firefighters and such.

Some very entertaining sequences but also some annoying sequences. i. e the fic me and fic u or whatever it was but otherwise very fun.
SOUND
Lord of the Rings 2
Some very nice and powerful (physically) when the orcs put the bomb in the sewer thing and it blew up, you could feel it on your legs. The sound was better at Aliso than the Spectem.

"Realistic" looking zombies and dogs, gory and realistic make this very good.

A powerful outstanding song. U2 or Bono and the Edge make this a very good song and one of my current favorites.
ACTION SEQUENCE
Gangs of New York End Sequence
It was a hard choice berween this and the begining sequence. Oustandingly choreographed with hundreds of extras with meat cleavers, knives, wooden stick and various other grisly desrtructive devices.
