Sketchbook Assignments Art 2AB First Semester
		1. Design a cover for your sketchbook that includes the following: your first and last name, period, Art2, School Year ***PLEASE TAPE OR GLUE THIS TO THE COVER OG YOUR SKETCHBOOK! DO NOT LEAVE INSIDE YOUR SCKETCHBOOK! DRAW THE FOLLOWING THINGS FROM OBSERVATION (not memory) 2. Do a contour line drawing of a car or truck. All features of the vehicle should be included (tires, rims, doors, windows, bumper, etc.) but do not do any shading. 3. Do a contour lines drawing of a bunch of flowers from your garden/yard. 4. Do a quick portrait of your favorite relative. This may be from a photograph, or the real person. 5. Draw your pet (if you do not have a pet, you may draw an animal from a photograph, or a pet of a friend/relative). 6. Draw something from your garage. 7. Draw a plate of food (by actually looking at a plate of food!) 8. Draw a self-portrait of yourself by looking in a mirror. 9. Draw a picture of a friend (from a photo or the real person). 10. A still life with at least 3 objects. 11. Draw your kitchen table with chairs. 12. Draw a box of crackers or bag of chips on it side, with crackers or chips pouring out. 13. Draw the mirror in your bathroom with your reflection in it. 14. Draw a lamp or light fixture in your house. 15. Draw your T.V. set.
