Tim's excellent interpersonal skills have been described by his professional associates, supervisors, and colleagues.
Tim's high level interpersonal skills have not only been recognised in his work environments, but also in the various performances he has been involved in, both in Australia and Overseas.
Tim's excellent writing skills have been described by his work supervisors.

Tim's writing excellence has not been limited to his professional work documents. He is an active writer and author (Social commentary, Documentary, Speech-writing, Humourist, and poetry).
His writing was such that he was awarded the runner-up Prize by the Ballarat Writer's Council, at the 2004  poetry sprint competition.
In 2006 he performed a live presentation of some of his poetry at the Deakin University Literary Society writers workshop weekend, at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds, Geelong.
Tim is not only an active member of Toastmasters International, but has had his talent recognised through the awards he has won in competitions against fellow public speaking devottee's and toastmasters.

In 2006 he completed his Toastmasters International CTM Award for Public Speaking.

In 2006 he won his club international speech competition, and represented his club at the Area level representative competition where he was judged the runner-up among some highly talented and experienced competition. This entitled him to represent his Area at the Divisional level in the international Speech competition.

Other prominant public speaking he has done include;
1986 - He was selected to give the Speech of Thanks to the Govenor of NSW, on behalf of his fellow Queen Scout Award recipients, at the Sydney Civic Centre.

1991 - He was selected to give the Speech of Thanks to the University Principal, on behalf of his fellow Scholarship award recipients, at Charles Sturt University - Mitchell, Bathurst, NSW.

1991 - He was selected to give the Speech of Thanks to the Yogiakarta IKIP University, on behalf of his fellow practicum colleagues, at Yogiakarta IKIP University, Indonesia.

1997 - He represented Australia, speaking at the International Students Association introductory meeting at the University of Lethbridge, Southern Alberta, Canada.

2001 He gave spoken presentations at the National Australian Circus and Physical Theatre Association Bi-annual Convention, in Brisbane, as a representative of The Sydney Academy of Sport, and as a spokesperson for the 'Quasar' flying trapeze company.

Tim has also been involved in speaking on various radio programs, representing work or community groups,
as well as speaking at dozens of work events, and social functions, and some stand-up comedy in the Melbourne International Comedy Festivals' Raw Comedy Geelong Regional heats 2005,2006.
