| Tim was part of the team which made an audiovisual to recruit new members to the Venturer Section. This won the NSW Branch Communications Award and has now been distributed by the Scout Association to all states in Australia. As the Marketing Manager at The Salmon Weir Youth Hostel, Tim increased occupancy by 31%, and consistently achieved record levels of 100% occupancy! Tim was approached by the NSW Department of Sport and Recreation to assist in the making of the Department marketing video at Burrendong 1999. Tim worked as part of the NSW Department of Sport and Recreation marketing team at Sports Expo 2000. Tim was selected as the marketing representative from the Sydney Academy of Sport at the National PTAC Conference, Brisbane, 2001. As the Marketing Manager for SAS Circus camps 2001, he increased participant enrolements by 1,300%!!! Whilst working at Hannah Marketing, Tim achieved the higest sales debut day that week. Tim was approached by the Marketing Manager of Secure Car Parking to provide training material for the marketing department staff. As Manager of McGowan Marketing - Tim successfully launched the book "Forward Thinking and a good looking back". Then increased book sales by 75%!. Inititated and implemented a marketing program which increased patronage by 100% at 'The limelight Lounge' Geelong. |
