The City of Greater Geelong Toastmasters meeting.
- Performed a live presentation of some original poetry at the Deakin University Literary Society 2006 writers workshop weekend, at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds, Geelong.

Poets" live at the Geelong Regional heat of the 2007 National Poetry Slam Competition.
(Placed 5th out of 22 poets - Received a poetry DVD minor prize).

Self published several collections (in book form, and online on the internet).
- In 2008 I was approached with a request to have some of my Rugby poetry included in the Yeoval Rugby Club 60th Anniversary Book. The Editor, Peter Tremain, used "
The Man from Little River: An ode to the coach", to produce a condensed edition for the Anniversary book, as well as including another of my poems, "A debut to remember" which recalls my first game of football with the Yeoval RUFC.

Charles Sturt University - Mitchell, Bathurst
At the 2006 inaugural CSU Rugby Club Alumni Annual Fundraising Evening, the final original collector's edition copy of "Forward Thinking and a Good Looking Back" was sold for $125 as part of the funds raised towards the $8000 scholarship.
James Edwards kindly donated his copy and the Alumni Association has planned to get a copy for the permanent archives of the club.
