scripts caused serious damage to the production data integrity. My services were
contracted to correct the erroneous data. After several weeks of analysis, I
created multiple automated corrective scripts. Functional modules are: MM, PS, FI and
CO.

Member of a 9-person help desk, we provided SAP support to Alcatel's
(Newbridge Network) 3800 employees. Supported modules were BW, CO, FI, MM, PP
and SD. All support calls were entered, modified and closed using the management
and tracking software entitled Clarify. Beyond the help desk, I was responsible
for the creation and maintenance of the internal help desk web page.

coaching either by phone or at the user station. Supported over 100 users on a
LAN. Created and deleted user accounts, setting up security, access and time
restrictions. Installed and configured software on portable computers and at the
user workstation. Established and maintained an inventory database with
Microsoft Access. I also reorganize the hardware stockroom for ergonomic
access.
