Using a black background..
add your name with a bright color of your choice.

Now right click on it so the flashing lines
stop moving around your text.
Now go up to IMAGE, then OTHER,
then DIALATE, do this step twice.

Now go up to IMAGE, BLUR and BLUR.
Then back up to IMAGE, BLUR and BLUR MORE.

Now switch your colors in the boxes as shown:

And simply add your text back over the lettering,
centering it over the word. And the results :)
