La electricidad es uno de los sectores que dentro del área
energética han logrado atraer la atención de muchos de los organismos de
financiamiento externo a nivel mundial. Se han destinado muchos millones de
dólares al financiamiento de distintos desarrollos relacionados con proyectos
de integración dentro del sector energético regional. Diseñar un modelo de presentación de proyectos para la adquisición
de recursos provenientes del financiamiento externo a través de un estudio
técnico financiero en la empresa ELEOCCIDENTE YARACUY, a través del análisis de
las directrices técnico financieras utilizadas por los principales entes de
financiamiento externo a nivel internacional, la determinación de las
necesidades en materia de obtención de recursos y aprobación de proyectos que
posee la empresa ELEOCCIDENTE YARACUY y la propuesta de un modelo viable de
presentación de proyectos de inversión ante entes de financiación
internacionales. La investigación se
presenta de campo dentro de un esquema no experimental, enmarcada de las etapas
exploratoria, descriptiva y explicativa, además de un enfoque positivista y
característica de estudios bibliográficos, erigiéndose como una actividad
orientada a la solución de la problemática; combinando las fuentes primarias y
secundarias como pilares del desarrollo de la misma. La investigación concluye
de manera determinante la necesidad de financiamiento externo para la
consecución de las obras necesarias en las redes de distribución eléctrica.

The electricity is one of the sectors that inside the energy area they have managed to attract the attention of many of the agencies of external financing on a worldwide basis. Many million dollars have been destined al financing of different developments related to projects of integration inside the regional energy sector. Designing a projects presentation model for the acquisition of resources originating from the external financing through a financial technical study in the business ELEOCCIDENTE YARACUY, through the analysis of the financial technical guidelines utilized by the main entities of external financing to international level, the decision of the needs in resources obtaining matter and approval of projects that possesses the business ELEOCCIDENTE YARACUY proposal of a viable model of investment projects presentation before entities of financing internationals. The investigation is presented of field inside a not experimental plan, framed of the explanatory, descriptive, and exploratory phases, besides a focus positivist and characteristic of bibliographical studies, being erected as an activity oriented to the solution of the problematic one; combining the secondary and primary sources like pillars of the development of the same one. The investigation concludes in a determinant way the need of external financing for the attainment of the necessary works in the networks of electric distribution.
